Ecrin Blanc is wonderful for families with young children who enjoy water activities after a full day of skiing! The breakfast is very good and the fresh orange juice is the best I have had in a long time. Direct indoor access to Aquamotion is what makes this property so amazing. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

The hotel is not in one of the villages so my children could not ski out. You need to be a competent skier to take the lift near the hotel. Instead we had to carry our skis to the bus stop and bus to the nearest village. Busses were not always regular and sometimes full which isn’t ideal with young children. I paid a premium to stay over Christmas and new year with my family. The staff in the restaurant and bar were some of the worst I have ever experienced. So rude to paying customers. The head waiters kept on changing the start and end times of meals even though they were published and placed on cards in the lifts and hotel. We all experienced food poisoning from the restaurant and the hotel staff did not help with any extra cleaning during the night. Just handed us a bucket. We were sick for 2 days. Everything was expensive and not worth the money. Staff spoke in French about English guests behind their back. Staff are young and inexperienced, seemingly students! Lacked knowledge of how to treat guest in hospitality. My daughter broke a glass as they put two tables together that were not the same height. So her glass went over the edge of the taller table to the shorter table. Waiters were annoyed at us and didn’t replace the drink in the bar. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow and patchy. Christmas dinner my young children didn’t get food until 10pm. We arrived at 7pm. Kids club was too boring for my children. Activities are more for children aged 3-5 years. Overall a very disappointing experience for the money we paid.

Très bel hotel avec un excellent goûter a faire avec les enfants. es chambres sont bien pratiques et agréables en famille. Parfait sur un week end prolongé avec une bell neige pour agrémenter le séjour. Un très bon moment, à refaire avec plaisir.

Hotel location: easy to get to 1850. Next to Aquamotion which is brilliant. Room: air con not great, extra sink in bathroom. Balcony welcomed. Bedside table silly. Kitchen really good. Hotel: good amenities. Spacious. Funky decor. Concierge very efficient. Hugo our waiter was amazing.

This hotel is a good choice for family especially with kids because it’s connected to the largest spa and waterpark Aquapark. For hotel guests is complimentary and it’s big place with indoor and outdoors pools. Staff not great especially at breakfast, not open to requests or to assist guests with special dietary requirements. They did not mention the parking is to paid so surprisingly we got charged daily for leaving the car in the hotel parking.

Skønt hotel i det smukkeste område
Et dejligt hotel i et meget smukt område, hvor der er masser aktiviteter at tage sig til. Vi fik god hjælp fra hotellet i forhold til at anbefale turer osv. Man kan mærke, at alle ansatte på hotellet gør hvad de kan, for at deres gæster er tilpasse. Der er mange frit tilgængelige spil på selve hotellet, passende for både børn og voksne.
Vi lejede elcykler, med guide, det var feriens højdepunkt. Vores børn elskede Aquamotion og fik mange timer til at gå der.
Gode senge.
Hotellet ligger lige op af en vej, så der var trafikstøj, men i samlede billede betød det ikke meget.

If you come for the Aquapark, this might be an OK choice. We did not try. What we did not like: Dirty/used bed sheets. Took one hour to get the luggage to the room. Got charged 5EUR for 2 empty wine glasses.
