I stayed with my wife only (no kids) but there was no double bed. There were just 2 single beds in a room with a ceiling too low for adults The bedroom was obviously meant for children. We ended up unfolding the settee in the lounge to sleep on.

- Helpful and friendly staff and reception. - Always reachable by phone and very accommodating. - Generously offered a one-hour late checkout upon request. - Provided detailed information about the area when we needed it. - Displayed a positive attitude and made us feel at home. - Spoke English fluently. - Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the location was perfect for us. - Close to convenience stores, the best hot chocolate, restaurants (5 minutes' walk), and ski shops (1 minute away). - Highly recommend them! --- - طاقم عمل واستقبال متعاون ولطيف. - يمكن الوصول إليهم بسهولة عن طريق الهاتف وكانوا متجاوبين للغاية. - قدموا ساعة إضافية لتسجيل المغادرة بسخاء عند طلبنا. - وفروا معلومات مفصلة عن المنطقة عندما احتجنا إليها. - أظهروا موقفًا إيجابيًا وجعلونا نشعر وكأننا في المنزل. - يتحدثون الإنجليزية بطلاقة. - استمتعت عائلتنا بالإقامة، وكان الموقع مثاليًا بالنسبة لنا. - قريب من محلات البقالة، وأفضل شوكولاتة ساخنة، والمطاعم (على بعد 5 دقائق مشيًا)، ومتاجر التزلج (على بعد دقيقة واحدة). - نوصي بهم بشدة!

They broke into our room in the middle of the night while we slept and robbed my husbands watch. 3 other rooms were also robbed in this hotel while we were staying there! The thieves kept coming to the hotel on the other nights, and breaking into other rooms. Friends saw the thief’s inside their room in the middle of the night. None of the hotel staff did anything to help and they mocked us. There are no security cameras! Very UNSAFE. Should be shut down, DO NOT GO.

I stayed in the Chalets du Forum Apartments in March 2022 and had some reservations based on the mixed reviews I read before the trip but overall was very happy with the accommodation. The location of the apartments is excellent. They are centrally located in Courchevel 1850 and about a 2 minute walk to the main ski lifts. The apartment itself was fairly modern and appeared clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need. The included wifi was reliable. The reception staff appeared to be friendly. I had read some reviews about peoples skis being stolen from the locker room. But the locker room appeared very secure - maybe they've changed it. The locker room area is accessed with a code and within the room each apartment has its own fairly large locker that is locked with your apartment key. Some minor complaints I would have: 1. Check in time is after 5pm but check out time is 10am - this just seems unreasonable. 2. Very little sound insulation in these rooms. You can hear everything on the road outside. Its not a very busy road but I was woken frequently by people making noise outside in the middle of the night. 3. At certain times the shower was very hard to use - alternating continuously from very warm to freezing - this appeared to be at times when other apartments may also have been using their showers. Overall though I was very happy with these apartments and I think they represent excellent value for money at this price for this location.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, warm and brilliantly located. We were less than a 2 minute walk from the main lifts in 1850. The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile (particularly Cecilia) who stayed later than usual to accommodate our arrival time and helped with our luggage after our check out. It represents great value in an expensive village.
