Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und sollte dringen renoviert und saniert werden. Fußböden und Möbel sind aus den 1990iger Jahren. Auch wenn der Charme der Wendezeit etwas besonderes hat, muss man ihn nicht auf ewig konservieren. Schimmel im Bad und generell die ganze Wohnung (Linoleum) etwas klebrig. Die Küche haben wir auf Grund der mangelnden Sauberkeit nicht genutzt. Der Kühlschrank konnte für offene Sachen nicht genutzt werden. Kühlschrank sollte auch von innen gereinigt werden!

Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Verwaltern. Einchecken mit Schlüsselbox und somit sehr flexibel. Wohnung sauber und was ich besonders lobenswert erwähnen möchte, dass:• Waschmaschine vorhanden ist und sogar zwei Pods zum waschen parat lagen • Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine mit einem lieben Begrüssungstext parat lagen • Hsndtücher gestellt wurdenWir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Direkt in der Cottbusser Altstadt, das hatte Flair aber war nachts auch ziemlich laut ;)

Wir haben auf Wunsch des Vermieters, wie im Vorfeld abgesprochen die Ferienwohnung gewechselt (Kantstraße in Cottbus). Wir waren sehr zufrieden, tolle Wohnung mit gemütlichem Bett und Schlafcouch. Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles verlief reibungslos, die Vermieter waren per Email erreichbar und haben schnell geantwortet, falls Fragen auftauchten.

Ruhige, schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, selbst Kaffeepads lagen freundlicher Weise bereit.
