The staff does not speak English, to get an answer to a simple question you have to wait 40 minutes for the administrator to finish on the phone, mosquitoes are not dealt with on the hotel grounds.

Per i 40 anni di mio marito abbiamo soggiornato e cenato in questo fantastico posto. Spazi esterni ed interni curati in ogni minimo dettaglio ed abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia ottima. Staff disponibile e cortese pronto ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. La cena é stata superlativa, proposte ricercate e di grande qualità. Servizio molto cortese ed attento. David and his staff were incredibly welcoming and we had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful in helping us with bike rentals and dinner reservations and the property was magnificent! Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in the Tuscany region and the town of Cortona was also beautiful to explore.

Perfect stay in Cortona
A beautiful Boutique Hotel/villa in a perfect location. Gorgeous gardens and pool. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. Lovely rooms and cottages. Ww will definitrly stay again.
