Lovely hotel, great location, beach virtually on doorstep, and on main street close to old town. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, enjoyed lunch at Palm Beach, No Name, Rebelde, and That's Amore cafes. Breakfast and dinner plenty of choice and nice quality. Pool nice and quiet, plenty of sunbeds available. Superior double room was allocated, in garden area, was fine for us, is close to McCarthys bar which has live music most nights, 9:30pm to 11pm, but not too intrusive, depending on your noise sensitivity. Staff are friendly and professional, Consuelo in restaurant was courteous and attentive, and Aleja makes a lovely Old Fashioned cocktail.

E' un buon hotel come generalmente lo sono quelli della catena H10 nel mondo, e nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Si trova in una via laterale del lungo viale di Corralejo dove si trovano tutti i vari negozi e ristoranti, ma rimane comunque in una posizione silenziosa. Camera ampia (mi è stata assegnata un upgrade in superior, molto apprezzato) e che affacciava all'interno di un giardino molto tranquillo e rilassante. In camera tutto l'occorrente (frigo bar - cassaforte - accappatoio - ciabattine), insomma nulla da dire. Piscina non molto grande ma sufficiente, ed inoltre è un hotel solo per adulti, quindi molto tranquillo e silenzioso. In fondo alla strada si trova poi una delle spiagge della zona, (piuttosto piccola peraltro) ma qui il mare non è eccezionale (oltre ad essere piuttosto caro il classico due sdraio + ombrellone a 20 €). Alle Dune per fare un paragone, costa la metà. L'unica considerazione negativa a mio avviso, è la ristorazione non tanto per la prima colazione, quanto per la cena. Viene servita a la-carte con una scelta anche abbastanza ampia, ma la preparazione a mio avviso risulta essere molto basilare senza particolare attenzione, e con un gusto abbastanza simile in generale per tutti i piatti. Se hai in carta proposte della cucina italiana (e ce ne sono diverse) ad esempio mi aspetterei una maggiore cura nei sapori e nell'assemblaggio degli ingredienti, cosa che invece personalmente non ho riscontrato. Forse essendo frequentato almeno in qui giorni solo da clientela nordica (inglesi, tedeschi, ecc..) molto probabilmente a loro andava bene qualsiasi cosa gli venisse presentata. Sulla cucina insomma, il mio pensiero è invece decisamente insufficiente. Certo ovviamente si mangia, ma nulla che si faccia particolarmente ricordare. Personale nel complesso gentile e disponibile.

Second visit to this wonderful hotel, and again it did not disappoint. This hotel really is an absolute gem. Everything about it is top notch. The rooms are spotless and roomy, and the beds are auper comfortable, we both slept incredibly well. We were half board and once again the food was delicious. Breakfast was a delight, plenty of choice, and constantly topped up. The evening meals were always superb. The pool area is beautiful, always quiet and never any need to fight for a sunbed. The pool was cleaned daily, and the lifeguard disposed of any rubbish and fallen debris continuously throughout the day. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive, and even surprised us with a bottle of Cava, chocolates and balloons in our room to celebrate my birthday, such thoughtful gesture. Thank you to all at H10 Ocean Dunas, we can't wait to return!

Currently staying at the H10 Ocean Dunas and thoroughly enjoying our stay. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. William is a credit to the team. Well done H10 Ocean Dumas. The food is great and varied. We are half board and can’t fault breakfast or evening meals. There is plenty of choice for everyone

We are currently staying here too. Upon arrival the guy on reception was not very helpful. We had no welcome drinks like the rest of the guests are currently receiving. We were hot and exhausted on arrival. We were pointed in the direction of the steps. I asked about wrist bands and were informed that they had run out and if we wanted them we had to go back and get them. I tried to lift my case up the steps and there was no offer of help. My partner had to come back down and help me. This was not what I have ever experienced before in any hotel. We upgraded to a junior suite. The room is very nice. We have timed one of the cleaners and she took 6 minutes. The sink has never been cleaned all our holiday. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the staff are very friendly in there. We’ve had a lovely holiday but definitely not worth the money we have paid. Corralejo is such a beautiful place but sadly we much prefer H10 Ocean Dreams.
