Superb hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food with a varied choice of dishes and styles. Rooms were clean, spacious and serviced daily. A good range of toiletries supplied free of charge. Excellent and spacious pool area with bar offering drinks and food. Regular nightly entertainment if you wish to stay on site. Entry to your room and paying for extras was via a fob on a wrist band which was fantastic as you never mislaid your key or key card.

Our third stay at this H10, hotel layout is very good, hotel very clean and staff are exceptionally good. We staid on a half board basis and although we thought breakfast was ok the food on the evening was much better. We had room 701 which led almost straight out onto the pool area and caught some lovely afternoon/evening sun

This is prob I think our 8th visit to the hotel. We have stayed here all seasons and each year we personally feel it has Improved Each year we have requested a specific room. And each time they have acomadated our needs. Staff , service has been exceptional. We have book for sept 2025.however we are looking at returning in june 2025. Either way we would highly recommend this hotel

Meilleur massage de tous les temps avec Pilar (massage aux pierres chaudes, une première pour moi), au top 👍 Concernant l'hôtel, les lits sont gigantesques, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le restaurant citrus est top, beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts, je n'ai jamais mangé 2 fois la même chose

Very tired shower broke first time of using and shower door wouldn’t shut so water on bathroom floor Sofa bed worn and coming apart No choice of restaurant to eat in only self service /buffet style although choice was good and well cooked.people smoking outside main doors as smoking in hotel was not permitted not a nice environment to walk past would not go again and not up to H10 standards

a charming hotel with beautiful rooms and very friendly and hard-working staff. Cleanliness is top - dinner is very varied and good - fresh fish every evening etc. Small drawback: some things are complicated and not really pragmatic. Even minor problems have to be discussed directly with the manager. In addition, breakfast has lost selection and variety compared to previous years. 2 years ago there was at least salmon and spreads, cream cheese etc. now and then, but now there is only a very small selection of ham and cheese. The oatmeal ran out after a few days and was not replaced for the remaining 7 days. The only fresh vegetables were cucumbers and tomatoes (although the tomatoes didn't taste good - they seemed unripe)
