Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Cc at the pool was fantastic she brought love to the pool and she made us feel at home. Shes very passionate about her job and gets everyone going.

The planning was great but upon arrival it changed our experience. Extended check in, leaking and moldy room. As we tried to find food we encountered Monique who told us where we could find everything and introduced us to Katie who changed the experience. They both set up anniversary party, dinner at Steak House and show at Senses. We were entertained through songs and great conversations. We even got special breakfast from Ms. Cassandra These ladies should be recognized for their hard work. Find these ladies if you need assistance. Satisfied!

Bien mais l’hôtel a moins de 6 ans et ressemble plus à un hôtel de 15-20 ans. Plusieurs restaurants pour tout les goûts. Belle grandes piscines, j’ai bien aimer les live band presque tout les soirs. Je ne reviendrai pas ici, j’ai donner 4/5 mais j’aurais donner 3.5 mais pas possible

The flights there and back were fine, but I wasn't crazy about the food that was provided. I had a problem at the Hotel with the key card, and the lock on the door, which took 3 Hours to resolve, and I ended up missing a family dinner that was planned for my Dad's birthday. My family left the restaurant because I wasn't there, and met me at reception. I have to admit, the manager who was on shift at the time, handled my complaint well - he offered to move me to a better room the next day, if I felt it was necassary. In the end I didn't, because I liked my room. Side note: The queen size bed, and view in the morning from the balcony is amazing. He rebooked the dinner, so that we could all eat as a family for later on in the evening, and organised a cake to be brought for my Dad too. However, the manager informed the travel rep (Andre) of the situation, who made sure that anything I needed for the rest of the trip was taken care of. I have to say, although there were a few hiccups, overall, the trip was good. The food, sun, sea, pool (entertainment was funny) and spending time with the family. It was needed.

Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drinks menu, Amanda made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend stopping by and trying one of her expertly crafted cocktails!

CAUTION... avoid privilege. It's a scam!!! We upgraded at check in for our 5 night stay at Oceans Eden Bay. Everything you try to do that is for "privilege" you will find you can't do because of fine print that they dont tell you about. . Tried to make reservations for dinner, and they will only do 1 dinner for you because of a 24 hour rule. Tried to make dinner reservations at 3:06 and they told me I missed the deadline by 6 mins. Upgraded liquor is weird because the privilege bar don't have mixers so you have to get the premium liquor then got to the other bar to get your drink made. Breakfast in bed can't be don't unless you book it in advance but they won't let you book it more then 24 hours out. Free lobster tail can't be redeemed unless you book as a privilege guest ( we upgraded at check in) . Butler Service is joke. Save your money and stick with standard reservations.
