Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Best resort in Jamaica ! We’ve now stayed at ocean Eden two years in a row but this past stay in July was amazing! The entire staff is so professional and welcoming. Billy was the highlight of the whole stay! He was so fun and entertaining! He is a gem! I saw him working a bunch of different positions ! He is amazing. I am a General Manager of Hilton hotels. I wish I had a Billy at my hotel . Please give that man a raise and keep him around . Hope to see him when my wife and I come back in 2026.

Had an amazing relaxing stay at Ocean Eden. Very clean. Food was exceptional in all the restaurants. I loved The Steakhouse, Sugarcane , and Mike’s Coffee shop. So much activities to one the resort. Kikan was great. He was our morning Yoga instructor Entertainment team manager Billy & Kitty on the Entertainment team always made us laugh Clayon was my very attentive server at SugarCane Restaurant. Thanks for always checking on me. Great customer service. Chinelle the concierge was very kind and friendly Mackenzie @ Marlin bar very friendly. Cici Clarke @ from Juta Tours taxi which operates out of the hotel. She was my taxi driver to the airport. She’s so kind and lovely. Book her for excursions and airport transportation. She very reasonably priced. Very beautiful landscaping. I definitely will return to this resort. Thanks for an exceptional relaxing vacation.

My friends and I had a great time at Ocean Eden Bay. The many food options were great, the live music was excellent and we had a lot of fun hanging out in the large pool area. The beach wasn't the greatest but wasn't horrible either, but the pool is definitely a great hangout area to relax, have some drinks and meet other travelers. Customer service was excellent, special thank you to Samantha at the front desk for her professionalism, kind nature and for all her efforts in making sure we were comfortable. Additional thank you to, Omario (Butler services) Xavier (Red Snapper) and Shellion, also from guest services.

Listen I love everything about this hotel. I cannot begin to start with the staff because from the front desktop to the beach boy to security. Everyone was amazing. The cleaners were so respectful and all this coming from the heart. Thanks to Damion Williamson he was amazing, to sashorn and kasheena . These people were so welcoming only God knows

Beautiful well kept property with quality staff. Food is 8/10, although we didn't experience every restaurant (there are 14). Martha's Market and Captain's Market offer a great selection of meals buffet style. Blue Moon French restaurant was ok. Overall a fabulous place, but the staff make it 5 star! Shout of to Brianna at the check-in desk, Christopher W at the concierge desk, Shane at Martha's, Tricia from Captains Market and Marcine from marketing. I highly recommend Ocean Eden Bay.

My overall experience at this was just ok! The service wasn’t great at all!! However I wanted to leave a review for the employee Nathaya Edwards at Ocean Eden Bay Resort in Montego Bay… When I tell you this young lady HELPED ME… Her service was definitely a 10/10.. Nathaya was very helpful especially when the other employees were not helpful AT ALL!! Her attitude was AWESOME and always kept a smile on her face… Such a beautiful spirit!!!
