We had to wait after check in time before the room was ready , however the facilities were made available to us.
There were restaurants included that you had to reserve instead of one big hall for food , however you had the option to go to the buffet, drinks were great . There were no irons in the room

The lobby requires some air conditioner or fans as it is very hot. I love the club and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great resort. The layout is awesome. The Hideaway side is very well put together and the staff does a great job. Shoutout to the VIBE TEAM. The Royalton side has a nice waterpark for families. Love the entertainment. No complaints

Food was amazing… much better than most all inclusive, resort was beautiful… service could have been better but overall it was a great stay and would definitely return.

My family and I had an amazing time. The food and service were impeccable. The facilities were also fantastic, pity the stay was short so could not indulge in most of the activities.
Notable mention to staff Cranston, who went above out of his way to ensure that our requests were honored (give that guy a raise)
I would definitely return to Royalton.

My husband and I had a fabulous week at the resort. Dan and Ricardo made everything so relaxing. They took care of anything we needed for the room and all of our reservations for the week. They would give us the schedule for the day and check in with us. Sonia was our beach butler. She was also phenomenal. Took care of our every need on the beach. All the staff that we met made us feel welcome and comfortable. The pool and beach are are wonderful, and the restaurants were excellent.

Dan the Man, our butler was on top of everything. We didn’t even have to ask for things. He would be at restaurants when we arrived to ensure our reservations were right. We got daily texts of av as liable things scheduled and prearranged for us. Dan the Man was the best we had ever had.
