Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only

We had to wait after check in time before the room was ready , however the facilities were made available to us.  There were restaurants included that you had to reserve instead of one big hall for food , however you had the option to go to the buffet, drinks were great . There were no irons in the room

Food was amazing… much better than most all inclusive, resort was beautiful… service could have been better but overall it was a great stay and would definitely return.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left it was hectic and not relaxing. This resort is old and outdated. This used to be The Starfish and then Breezes. They have slapped some paint on it and rebranded. You have to book and pay for an upgraded room that is NOT guaranteed. Check in takes FOREVER!! The food: The buffet is recycled food from the restaurants, the sports bar is a joke-No food or not the food that is on the menu (pretzel and beer cheese is a bread stick and cheese whiz). The restaurants are ok - we had the best food and service at Calypso. You have to make reservations for all the restaurants and can only book 2 days at a time The room: The “luxury” basic room is just that - a basic room with a mini fridge they restock with coke, Coke Zero, red ***** and water. The room is very small and so is the bathroom. The shampoo and body wash is stuck to the wall and you’ll need to put in a request for it to be filled. They do supply a lot of towels which was nice. The beach: It is small but well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and Palapas for shade. The pools: The infinity pool is the party pool. There are a ton of lounge chairs but you have to jockey them around to get a shade umbrella. The other 2 pools nobody uses. And there is no shade around those. The drinks: there is nothing consistent about the drinks here. Either not right or way to strong. Overall it’s not worth the $$
