Hotel is very modern. Room was way too small A/C didn’t work in my room. Location great but train station beside will not let you sleep. Bar in the room , cool idea !

What a wonderful experience we had at the Dean. The junior suite was exquisite. The tub was fantastic. Loved the turntable (me being a vinyl enthusiast). The staff was friendly and attentive. The pool and spa was an added treat and Sophie's was superb. I can't recommend this wonderful hotel enough! Can't wait to return. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable.

Excellent service. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Easy location to train. Accommodating team. Great coffee and drinks. Modern. Wonderful restaurant! Efficient service team. Nice views and rooftop. Close proximity to fun bars and entertainment.

the staff are so friendly and so willing to accommodate everything. bar staff are amazing too and beautiful rooms as always. we used the pool and sauna and its amazing, you can order drinks right to the pool. we got some of the best cocktails ive ever had here!

Staff were lovely from reception to restaurant. Everyone friendly smiley and gorgeous. The room was also lovely and very clean and comfy. I was worried when I saw the earplugs and heard the train engine and toots, but the earplugs worked and I had a good sleep.

The Dean is my home away from home! The rooms are fully loaded with amenities, and the food and drink options are fantastic. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing stay and is highly recommended for business travelers seeking a more homey atmosphere.

I really wanted to love this hotel. It looks great (inside & out), it's got a great vibe, the staff are wonderful, the food is good and the rooms are well designed and clean (if a bit small). However, it suffers from one major problem; it is right beside the main Cork station and unbelievably only has single glazed windows. As a consequence, I was woken by the 05.12 train every morning and the noise continued after this at an incredibly loud level. Colleagues of mine who were lucky enough to get a room on the other side of the hotel (top of the image attached) said it was fine, so if you are staying then see if you can make sure you get a room on the non-station side. In summary, apart from the noise (and the lack of sleep) it was a great hotel.

Couldn’t rate this place high enough, beautifully done up with lovely friendly staff. The rooms and beds were super comfy, and an amazing shower. The downstairs bar is a great hangout and Sophie’s restaurant served lovely food. Our boys loved the pool. We would have loved to have stayed longer
