Great hotel!!

The service from the hotel staff was very disappointed, especially the lack of courtesy from the front desk.

I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. I had to be moved to a different room, and even then, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Over the course of four days, housekeeping never came once, which was incredibly frustrating. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location. It's across the street from a Walgreens, very close to the beach and within walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Unfortunately, the lack of basic cleanliness overshadowed the convenience of the location. Compared to the pictures online, this was not what I expected. My husband and I made the best of it and had a great time aside from this.

Very happy with my room I booked it stays cleaned and welcoming every time I get back from my 12 hour shifts. The front desk isn't just accommodating they are happy to be of help. Centrally located in the best area of San Juan it's a 5 minute walk to anything you want and if you're staying for a month or more like me there is even a walmart just up the road
