The service from the hotel staff was very disappointed, especially the lack of courtesy from the front desk.

Clean hotel The staff was wonderful You need something they get it for you quick. Their is no waiting long to check in or check out. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the middle of everything. I will see you soon. Beach tower view from the 18th floor🥰🇵🇷

First and foremost, I'd like to highlight the service provided by Jose and Jianni at the front desk. Both were very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. The hotel its self very clean, the pool was heated and it has a hot tub which is a whole plus! We were literally across the street from walgreens and walking distance from several food spots to enjoy during our stay. Also the have a little chocolate cafe right inside the hotel, Joshua makes great coffee! The hotel did not disappoint, Book them for your PR vacation!

When we arrived at our room, the air conditioning was not working properly. It was hot and uncomfortable. The room is very tiny, no room to move around, especially with 3 people in the room. There were 3 of us women, and only received 2 bottles of complimentary water. Again, I reiterate that there were 3 of us. I asked for 3 bottles to the front desk, and was told that they can only give me 2 as complimentary. That is BS!! One of the days, housekeeping only made up one of our beds, and left the second bed unmade. I mean, really??? I complained about that to the front desk, and was told that if I have anything on the bed, they will not make the bed. Again, BS!! And there was nothing on the bed that impeded her from making the bed. Then we went to the pool on Sunday morning, and there were NO CLEAN towels at all on the racks, there was tons of garbage strewn all over the pool area. This was at 9 am. You would think that at that time, maintenance would have cleaned up all that garbage, and had clean towels out. Disgusting!! In short, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! And I will write this review on Google as well to warn the rest of the people away from your hotel. Clean up your act, or you will lose any customers at all.

I had a great experience. I was a little upset about paying a resort fee. But Frances ended up creating a wonderful experience for me. I enjoyed the free bike rentals and the customer service. Frances and Adan spent time with me when I had questions. I highly recommend a Stay here. We walked to the beach every night, and being across from a convenient store was perfect.

I walked in and was greeted with Adan's beautiful and warm smile. He was very thorough and helpful. I arrived a bit early for my check in. However, I was able to do an early registration, leave my bags with the front desk staff and use the pool and amenities while I waited for my check-in time. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around it. The restaurant attached to this hotel does not dissapoint, every single dish and drink I had was full of flavor. The servers are very attentive and joyful. I will certainly stay here again. Oh and the pool and gym are 24 hours! Overall I give this a 10/10. The rooms, the staff, the service it was all a great and relaxing experience. You really feel the giid vibe and energy when you walk into this place.

The stay was great. The hotel is very safe, the room was very clean and with a beautiful view. They were very patient at the time of the reservation and provided me with all the necessary information. (Kibel and Liraida) Very professional and friendly staff. José was the best receptionist ever! He was very hospitable and took very good care of me. He was very patience and polite. He solved all of our problems and keep calm all the time. I will come back to this great hotel. All the guys in general were great.
