I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was beautiful and well maintained. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, my stay at the Primus Hotel in Kaloum was remarkable.

It is also rare to eat authentic Chinese food in a foreign country. The environment is good and the service quality is good.

Check in took too long because only one person working. Disgustingly dirty and smelly room. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. It obviously had not been cleaned and the non-smoking policy is not enforced. Food is bad, service in the restaurant is slow for dinner, and you are lucky if you get half of the items you order. Breakfast is just dangerous. Nothing there looked edible at all.

Poor communication from the staff, the head chief informed me that i can not order from the menu until 10 in the evening because it is a season of ramadan and my only choice was the buffet and i ordered from the buffet to my room and the amount is not even enough for the kids menu.
