We stayed here in 2 rooms, 1 superior and 1 double with balcony. They were both lovely rooms. The double on the small side but it didn’t matter so much as we only slept in it and we had a lake view. The superior was a great size but the lake view we had was only by sticking our head out of the window as we were on the street side. Big bath but I don’t think it was necessary. It was tired looking in places. The wine coolers in both rooms didn’t work so pointless having them. The coffee makers were filthy inside so we didn’t bother using. There was a lovely roof terrace but again this needs some updating as there were wooden slats broken. The chairs most had rips in them and weren’t comfortable and the hot tub was filthy and cold it would have been nice to have it warmer to sit in on a night time. On the whole we did have a lovely stay despite everything

Received very helpful instructions from Alberto to locate and enter the property. The room was compact, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the fridge was very helpful. Great location and I would definitely recommend this property.

No human that was at the facility. Felt uncomfortable and not safe.
Had to leave key of the room in a public cabinet.

Monica is a wonderful property owner, and a terrific host. If we ever return to Como, we will definitely be staying with her. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the lake.

Excellent location with stunning views over the lake. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave all the information we needed. Roof terrace, with hot tub, was also stunning.

We found this last minute and was so happy we did! Super cute and spacious clean room! Great location!! Easy to find. Would come back definitely !
