Great hotel , good location and service level but the Resturant - Ristorante Raimondi
Service level and food is disappointing. Lethargy staff and the food is below the price you pay.

酒店就在科莫湖邊，很漂亮很有特色的一間酒店，接待人員十分熱情，門衞小哥還幫忙送行李到房間，早餐也很豐富。入住的房間除了小，其他方面都挺好。

科莫湖邊的一家很安逸的小別墅酒店，位置很好，風景不錯，湖景房很漂亮。早餐也很豐富，可以坐在靠湖邊的室外花園裡用餐，很享受。

We stayed at Villa Flori Lake Como as a pre cruise holiday. Arriving from Milan we wanted a relaxing start after a long trip from Australia. Walking into the Hotel is a jaw dropping moment! This is all about location, location, location. Yes we ferried across the lake with trepidation, however it is the 1st stop for all ferries. This hotel was what made Lake Como, the service was amazing, the staff were so attentive, Nabil and Giovanni in the Raimondi restaurant were brilliant and professional. They made our evenings drinking Lemonchello's by the lake. Make no mistake, our Lake Como experience would not have been the same without Villa Flori.
