I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!💗😍

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

I checked out and stored my luggage in the room when I went out for a cruise in the morning, but I left my LV scarf in the room. I couldn't find it when I went back to look for it in the afternoon... The front desk helped me look for it in many places, but I remember taking the scarf out of the room when I was tidying up in the morning because I was going to use it when I was going out! It's very likely that the room attendant took it away and didn't hand it in! I asked to check the surveillance but they said I could only call the police to see it. It didn't allow the schedule, so I didn't bother.

The exterior is luxurious, but the room is not very big, 18 square meters, and the bathroom doesn't even have a common Italian flushing basin, but a shower. But I chose a lake view room with a great view, opposite the pier, and many restaurants around.

It is really luxurious, just one street away from the lake, very convenient for boat tours, and the breakfast is luxurious. The only drawback is that the price is too expensive

Amazing! We loved this hotel and we loved how thoughtful they were. It was raining outside and they left umbrellas by the door for us to borrow.
