Location is good. But that’s there is to it.
Service and hospitality is very rundown since the hotel can be sold itself.
Very touristy. Not for romantic getaway. Average 3 star hotel, not worth the money.

The bed is quite comfortable and the location is very good. It is in the middle of the port for boat rides. The extra bed is 50 euros per night. The bed was made when I left. The hotel has a strong retro style. The breakfast room in the hotel has a lake view, which is also very beautiful.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk kindly printed out the bicycle rental shop location, the bar staff kindly lent us a wine opener, and the cafe in front of the hotel gave us 15% off.

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

I checked out and stored my luggage in the room when I went out for a cruise in the morning, but I left my LV scarf in the room. I couldn't find it when I went back to look for it in the afternoon... The front desk helped me look for it in many places, but I remember taking the scarf out of the room when I was tidying up in the morning because I was going to use it when I was going out! It's very likely that the room attendant took it away and didn't hand it in! I asked to check the surveillance but they said I could only call the police to see it. It didn't allow the schedule, so I didn't bother.
