My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

Interesting place to stay Location great, right across from the Duomo Busy area but quiet You walk into non descript doorway, almost speakeasy like vertical lobby, dominated by a modern clear elevator Most rooms have walls as views NO amenities, they say they have concierge service but besides being very nice, not sure if they do anything Our door opened up to the elevator Room not designed for women travelers The hangers were Wal Mart specials Very chic but avoidable

Helpful and kind staff
The staff members were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave us good advice about area activities and restaurants. EXCELLENT location for exploring the Lake Como area.

Loved the location! Room was small and could use a chair or two but the decor was fabulous and in-room coffee a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful and great tourism ambassadors. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Harbor view
We happed to stay during a local food festival! The Sea aquarium, Pirates of the Caribbean ship along with the festival were right outside the hotel! Easy and fun!!

Great location. Property beautifully and tastefully decorated. I would only go for the rooms overlooking the duomo though. The rooms at the back of the property are much less attractive.
