We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and had the most beautiful 5 days. We were welcomed with champagne and rose petals in the room ans the most stunning scenery. All the staff and so friendly and honestly worked non stop. As the days went on we got to know the animation team who really made our experience so much better with great personal relations and fun games to engage everyone. It is close to so many things and within walking distance to the harbour where you can go whale watching.

Just got back and such a beautiful spot to holiday. The views were amazing. Food was probably the best we’ve ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Drinks were plentiful and some known brands. Staff were attentive, very friendly, great sense of humour and built up great relationships with lots of holiday makers. The entertainment team were amazing such a great bunch, not too much but really got a great vibe going. We ended the holiday with a meal at the on-site restaurant and that was an absolute beautiful where again we were looked after amazingly well. Can highly recommend this hotel and already planning our second visit next year.

Location on the West Coast of Tenerife with amazing view of Los Gigantes. Did all-inclusive. Great sunsets, food, drink, entertainment. Would go back in a heartbeat. Felt safe. Could walk to local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Stay here if you want to escape the crowds in the South of Island. Staff were very nice. They have a really nice spa-amenities were great there as well as massages. Stayed for 9 nights and the weather was great-hot!

Nice clean rooms, we paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. Food was okay and the different themes for each night was a good idea. The location is right on the coast, ideal for whale and dolphin watching. Most of the hotel staff were very rude (cleaners were lovely, receptionists were awful) and didn’t really care about helping us. We rented a car for a day and was told if we couldn’t parking on the street we had to park in the hotel parking. We didn’t know we had to book this and apparently it was all full even though the car rental company was supposed to have a reserved spot. Overall, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel again (or island, but that’s a personal reason). Rude staff, not worth the money and boring.
