"Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. We had a superior room with terrace. Dinner was a cold picnic ( we knew beforehand) , very well done.room very clean . Not much going on in this area, so depending on what you want might not be the best. Very quiet,relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet good too, excellent coffee machine . The hot eggs, sausages leave a lot to be desired but that happens in most places. Lots of lovely fruits, cereals , breads , cold meats etc"

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Daniel. There was unlimited coffee, tea, filtered cold water (great for a supply before our walks). The bed was incredibly comfortable, great after a day's walking. We had a super breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't fault it at all, except that we didn't stay long enough! Thank you to our wonderful hosts Daniel and Camilo who definitely made our stay. We will return without doubt."

"A hotel with a restaurant with two Michelin stars and one Michelin star. The hotel is very big and we ate at the creative Japanese restaurant MiYi. The appetizers were good, the main courses were not. And the assembly line is very strong. The hotel room is OK and big, but the balcony is terraced, so people upstairs can see what they are doing on the balcony downstairs, which is not very private. The balcony allows you to watch the sunset. The doorstep feels like a small village, with supermarkets and restaurants. It is very close to the beach and there is a nude beach nearby. The breakfast was good, but the waiter was not so good."

"Terrible. A few hours after making the reservation, they confirmed a transaction I'd been on the waiting list for for some time. I contacted the hosts by phone, and they said they understood and would refund me. They told me how to do it, and once they'd charged me, customer service told me they were refusing the refund. Just a few hours after making the reservation and with three weeks' notice. I understand the refund policy, but I don't understand the fact that they lied about the payment and then made it impossible to contact the hosts and the accommodation. Disgraceful."

"The apartment is spacious and extremely clean. Kathy who manages the place is attentive and pleasant and accommodating. There are no amenities or front desk but if you travel often, this is often the case. There is parking for free- it’s street side- around the plaza There is a restaurant below the apartments #Bontherocks which is excellent - a 5 star meal out. It is not at all affiliated with the apartments though. Great breakfast place across the plaza #BarPlaza. There’s a well stocked market on the plaza; great for snacks and drinks The apartment is just steps away from the lava coast and a beautiful walking path. The location and lack of tourists are significant selling points. For €100 a night, it was perfect"

"Had a wonderful holiday in the villas first time stay wee stayed in the dutchess villa for 4 nights which was a great villa was very clean room service was great staff were excellent breakfast had a great choice of everything you could want. And had the great pleasure of meeting Fiona the manager who was a lovely lady .Wee dined at the restaurant on 3 occasions and the food was absolutely amazing .Had a great friendship with Juan Carlos who was a true gentleman reception staff were also very nice people. Wee decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights as it was part of my wife's 60th birthday which the staff kindly decorated the room for us .Wee were very kindly upgraded to the Eden villa which was amazing. Overall what an amazing experience Wee had. would definitely return. So many thanks again to Fiona and all the staff for making it so special for us ❤️❤️"

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"We just got back from holiday in Tenerife we stayed at this hotel and we had amazing time ,rooms clean spacious, pool area is always clean , lovely entertainment by Amanda, she is such a sweetheart got adults and kids involved into activities. Hotel located in La coleta area which is so close to Costa Adeje and tbh everything , there is 467 bus that takes you los cristianos or Costa adeje easy communication, the beach near it with a black sand my child loved to explore. We booked as breakfast and dinner , breakfast there was always something to choose from , as for dinner some days we struggled find things we like but I guess it’s same at most hotels we ever been. Overall I would recommend the hotel for family holiday, away from busy roads and peaceful environments."
