"We had small children (ages 2 and 1), but they were able to warm up baby food and accommodate requests outside of the buffet menu, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind."

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Ritz which is a beautiful oasis within the wilderness of Tenerife. Ample facilities to spend well a few days there but the most memorable part was the personalized and fabulous service, especially by the crew in Verona restaurant (special thanks to Brunella and Tiziana) and the breakfast restaurant (special thanks to Maria) who gave their all to make the stay as pleasant as at home."

"Aside from the large outdoor pool area, the room facilities were noticeably poorly maintained. It's surprising for a five-star hotel to charge extra for tea bags and coffee. Breakfast, however, was satisfactory."

"Ridiculous place . Where do I start? First, if you go ‘half board’ you can either eat in the buffet or one of the restaurants. Only snag is that to eat in a restaurant you have to book in advance. Two days in advance, as thy are all booked out. And to get a booking three days in advance, you have to log onto an app at MIDNIGHT to make it. Or join a queue at reception at 10-30. The beach towel place opens at 0900hrs. 0910 given the time they work on. So if one goes down you can get your towels. You then go up to find a sun lounger at the kids pool and they are all taken with towels. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. It is so competitive that one goes down the night before. I had the ignominy of having to put a towel down on the small patch of grass. It is clear that this place works to try to charge more for ‘red’ membership. And makes things very difficult. It is also busy season (as the reply to this comment will doubtless say) but it is a good idea to track the ratios of guests to sun loungers and enforce rules to stop people hogging loungers. Just don’t bother with this place. You can do better."

"This was our second time staying at Hotel Los Jardines de Abama Suites, and once again, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We booked the three bedroom villa with a private pool, and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views, the impeccably maintained grounds, and the serene, luxurious atmosphere. The villa itself was pristine spacious, stylishly decorated, and even more stunning than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, the kitchen was fully equipped for dining in, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were especially touched by the welcome wine and refreshments waiting in the fridge. A warm, personal gesture. I had some work to take care of during our stay, and the high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy and seamless. The hotel also provided excellent local recommendations, which made exploring the area a breeze. The staff went above and beyond once again. They were warm, attentive, and ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a sunset meal on the terrace, the villa felt like our own private haven. We couldn’t recommend Los Jardines de Abama Suites more highly and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Lovely apartments with kitchens to do all your own cooking, and washing. A maid comes each day to clean and make the beds. The pool and surroundings are lovely and plants well looked after, however, the pool on closer inspection is in need of a repaint. We cut our feet on the bumpy sharp surface. Beware! There are free shuttles to the beach and towels when you get there provided by the Terrazas. The golf looked good but is separate to the villas and we did not have the right attire or membership to play. The kids enjoyed kids club. I’d recommend picking up a car if you are going. Supermarkets are so so and a bit far to get taxis to the whole time. The water parks are worth checking out for the kids!"
