The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!

I needed a holiday for my mother who has limited mobility, whilst also having enough to offer my family of three which also has a 14 year old. Something nice but also entertaining. My first impression was very pleasant, a beautiful lobby and a grand entrance reception area. The reception staff (albeit one) were as helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We were allocated two rooms next to each other, but these were doubles and we needed a twin, very quickly changed and only a few doors away from each other. The room was spotless and well maintained, room 592 with stunning views of the terrace, the pools and beyond to the sea. Housekeeping again went above and beyond, we had an issue with a bug outside, whilst she was scared herself she dealt with it quickly. Our hero! So sorry I didn’t take her name, but wanted to mention her. The food was plentiful, with a good selection. All cooked perfectly with good sourced fresh food. The serving staff work quick and efficiently special mention to Anamar and front of house Damien. We used the pools every day this area again was spotless and plenty of sunbeds with parasols. Staff were quick to collect empties. The snack bar food selection was the same everyday, this I feel could be mixed up a little with variety, hotdogs wrapped up quickly became dried out. The floor around the bar and the food area can get very slippery, obviously due to the fact it’s so close to the pools so be careful. We favoured the top pool which had the animation team keeping us entertained. It was warmer in temperature but it is also deeper with has less assessable slope like the cooler pool. Animation was fantastic, specially Francesca and Manu who we interacted with the most. Always smiling with bundles of energy. They both would speak and interact even in the restaurant when they were eating or on their day off. The pool party Saturday was epic!!! Lots getting involved and smiles all around. I had a massage whilst there, this was lovely and a nice touch to help relax. The hydro pool for adults only, was bliss. Evening entertainment was great, a small engaging game to start the big show off was great, more like this especially in peak season is great, it’s not advertised but if it was I feel more would turn up. We used the terrace most evenings with live music, we played cards, interacted with each other, it was lovely. A couple of the performers encouraged dancing, involvement, I could tell more would like to get involved so it was lovely. Overall, a fantastic stunning, spotless hotel with the hardest working perfectionist staff. Only negatives, the location of the hotel felt remote, I believe the hotel offers trips, activities outside the hotel which are run by the hotel (I assume included in the package), this I would’ve like to have known more about as my husband doesn’t do sitting still very well and he would’ve join in with this if we had known. So maybe a suggestion a full daily planner to include all t

An absolute fantastic stay, went platinum and it was fantastic. I organised a birthday surprise for my other half with the hotel and they helped immensely. Flowers, champagne and a cake, which they presented to her during our visit to the al la carte meal. The hotel is immaculate and the food was lovely and plenty of variety. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We stayed in room 526 and the view was lovely.

I booked this holiday after a friend’s recommendation, I was expecting it to be good but it was better than I was expecting, the staff was all polite and helpful, nothing was too much bother…we did book platinum, was so pleased we did , the view from the infinity pool was amazing. So much choice for food and drink, when we arrived we went to the bar and the bar staff showed us where to go for the bottled soft drinks, also at breakfast the gentleman at the entrance showed us where to go, he was always smiling. … everywhere was clean..,we enjoyed the entertainment in the evening, including the cocktail party and the white night. We will be back.

Having booked the hotel on a recommendation we were a bit apprehensive what to expect we needn’t have worried because from arriving to leaving this hotel exceeded in every way from the staff at reception to housekeeping all staff were excellent to many to name individually. We booked platinum which also included the infinity pool and bar which had top shelf alcohol all branded drinks and excellent snacks which were always topped up with fresh rolls sandwiches rice bowls and loads off fruit and can’t forget the 11am cocktails and 4pm ice cream. only negative thing that we found was the night time Ala carte restaurant need too change the menu maybe every 2nd day and give more choice as it was the same menu the whole 10 nights we where there plus changing the afternoon Ala carte menu as well then more people would use it.as far as the entertainment goes it’s about the best we have seen.So anyone thinking about booking I would recommend you do it without any hesitation you won’t be disappointed plus book platinum it’s definitely worth it we have all ready booked for next year.lastly we would like too thank Claudia at reception for all the help trying to get us a late check out she tried her best but unfortunately couldn’t get us it but she tried her best she is a credit to the hotel ❤️

A second visit to this hotel. First was just after lockdown and things are different. This time we upgraded to platinum. This includes the adult only infinity pool at the front of the hotel. The last 4 days the pool has had some work done. This meant the water was lowered which meant no infinity. Although it didn’t spoil anything a polite note in the door letting you know work was being carried out may have nice. The view bar in this area is also lovely. Help yourself to all the branded drinks and bottles of mixers. The food was all well presented and lunch time the bowls of rice or pasta with sticky chicken or prawns were amazing and a lovely area to sit. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We ate in the al a carte a couple of times, this can feel rushed. You have an hour booking and no sooner had you ordered the starter was there and again as soon as you paid you cutlery down the plate was away and the next course was there. The food was lovely although sometimes could feel not as hot as I’d like. The entertainment in the evenings was good. On the terrace there was normally a singer or guitarist. In the show arena they had a Tina Turner and a rock band both really good but our favourite was the trio of guys doing fun summer carabean feel songs. We heard this hotel is heading to be aldult only and there were young babies but no kids entertainment. That seems to be in the other landamar hotel up the hill. We also booked in the spa and had massages. These were really good and we found them to be a reasonable price. The surrounding area can be quite hilly and walks limited to one way or the other. Would have appreciated a late check out which it’s advertised in the description subject to availability. It seemed this was a no no for everyone. It seems the staff could not cope with the late checkout requests. All in all we would return but would opt for platinum again.

So first time at a non adults only hotel during kids holidays as going away with my mother, brother. And his 13yr old son. Have to say slightly dreading it. Headphones packed. Books downloaded. First time all inclusive. Ready for the bun fights and carnage at meal times.... how wrong could I have been. What a great hotel. From the great service on reception, amazing cleanliness of the hotel. Superb food, fab entertainment and cracking pool scene what more could you want. Something for everyone there. Inferior pool, called this as lower pool was like a warm bath. The bread!!!!! Fresh each day and amazing. The staff. All friendly and professional. All the kids, apart from one, well behaved and polite. Just a great All round experience. Would recommend. No kids club that I could see so more geared for perhaps if you have little babies or older teens. Great mini golf, boules dart board, pool tables. They even have a lift down to the beach!
