Отель шикарный, хорошее местоположение, но, подвел таракан в номере, уборка, два дня вообще не убирали номер, пока не подошли к уборщице и не сказали, его просто пропускали, по неизвестным причинам, номер с видом на океан (брали делюкс) дали на бассейн, шумный, днём орут купающиеся, ночью слышна дискотека, так что имейте в виду, еда не особо вкусная, арбузы и дыни безвкусные, больше всего в отеле пенсионеров, персонал пофигистичный, они тут не заморачиваются, сколько раз приходили на завтрак не было чистых столов, оставались грязные тарелки с едой, от предыдущих гостей, приходилось бегать по всему ресторану искать место куда бы сесть и будут ли там чистые приборы, люди садились с завтраком за грязные столы, или же где не было приборов, сервис на 3. В целом хорошо, но могло бы быть и лучше!

Great resort hotel, fabulous amenities, customer service and friendly staff throughout. Entertainment staff were energetic and fun and choices of activities were really good. Buffet restaurant was good, lots of choices, hot food and plenty of variety at all meal times. Loved the Hello bar terrace for the views and atmosphere, although a lot of smokers late at night. Highly recommend and looking forward to some winter sun here next year !

We went in March and are currently here now in November. The hotel is unreal! In March the pool side entertainment was Yoga Sup and Water Bikes which was really good; however hotel don’t do it anymore! Damien on the front of restaurant is sooo lovely, smiley, pleasant and always greets you; he also sings and has an amazing voice! Food is unreal, rooms are spacious and clean, provide both separate shower and bath. Anamacion team were very nice. Entertainment on a night is good. Overall good experience.

This was my 2nd visit and again I decided on the Platinum package - to spoil myself! The whole process from reservation to leaving was wonderful. Hotel is clean, with an emphasis on recycling. I would easily give 5 stars apart from the following wgich others have also previously expressed - The toilets by the platinum pool need updating - they are clean but dark and rather smelly. Mini bar in room should be re-stocked. Bathroom is rather tired looking ( although I understand some are being refurbished). Having said that, all staff are welcoming and it really is a lovely experience. Looking forward to my 3rd visit already! Thank you for all your hard work.

The entertainment was fabulous, and Maria’s classes were so much fun!!! The shows were mostly amazing and were targeted to all ages. One show did make a few people leave and was questionable. But all of the hosts and ents team did a great job at running events and keeping the atmosphere fun!

After returning to this hotel for the past 12 years & staying there in January of this year we were looking forward to returning. We booked again with Platinum and I must admit we were a bit disappointed. We were given a very small room with a scruffy floor & broken tiles. The safe didn’t work & we had no room cleaning the first day. It was also very near the lifts, thank goodness for ear plugs! The pool area in platinum was very busy and a couple of days we could not find a sun bed. On the plus side the food was very varied, the staff were lovely & all areas were very clean.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 11 days & the weather was fab. The room was great, the pool areas were lovely - nice & quiet! Nice to have the option to have a pool with or without entertainment, too. The food was lovely, varied and there was always something new to try! Our daughter was 11 months at the time of travelling & she was adored by all the staff. Especially Paula & David in the restaurant. I cannot praise these two enough with how they treated her. Paula affectionately called her “my preciouso”. David always made sure we were happy, too. Thank you both. We will return. :)
