First time I travelled alone for different reasons. One of them was , that I needed rest and peace. This hotel was for me like a little peaceful island. Everything looks beautiful, you discover all the time little beautiful details, the room with the ocean view just awesome. But the most important are the people working here. There was really not one person, doesn’t matter if breakfast, dinner, pool, in the different restaurants, at the reception or the housekeeper, the fitness coaches, who wasn’t extremely friendly and helpful. They all together let the guest feel very welcome, spoiled and comfortable. The quality of the food, every day just great and such a big variety. 3 times I found a little surprise and a letter from the management in my room, this is so special. And not one time, I felt awkward because I was alone. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday . I will definitely come again. Best regards Katja ( Germany)

This was/is 😊 our third time staying at this wonderful hotel, and once again, everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm and genuine welcome – it really felt like coming home. The staff remembered us from previous visits and made us feel incredibly valued. The service throughout our stay was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, with thoughtful little touches that made a big difference. We slept wonderfully every night. The location is ideal, and the hotel itself has such a lovely atmosphere – calm, welcoming, and relaxing. Every time we return, we’re reminded why we love it so much. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special once again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and this visit is only half way 😊😊

From arrival to departure we were looked after wonderfully! All the staff were polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was to die for all fresh and everything you could think of beautifully presented. Rooms are clean fresh and modern and it was all the small touches that made it amazing. We will definitely be back.

This is our 4th stay at this amazing hotel, we cannot fault it. We are never disappointed. the staff are the best, so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Food is incredible, and there are so many choices for dinner. Breakfast is exceptional with the lovely Justine and Angie who make breakfast a wonderful start to the day. Thoroughly enjoyed the varied fitness activities this time, a special mention to Johnny and Anna who are brilliant at their job, you can tell they love it and that comes across in the classes, they make it such fun. Andraus and Mark are great guys poolside and again can't do enough for you. The whole place is a joy to stay at immaculate everywhere. Can't wait to return next year 🥰

Just arrived back from a fantastic stay for the 2nd time. I simply can’t fault the hotel having now stayed in the suites and the adult hotel. The quality, cleanliness and standard of everything is first class. The biggest attribute is the credit to all the staff, they simply can’t do enough for you and treat every guest like royalty. Each staff member regardless of role take the time to say hello any time of day which is extremely rare. The food is excellent from breakfast to bar snacks and lunches through to evening meals. This hotel is now our once a year revisit we will be going to as once you arrive it’s the most comfortable and relaxing environment you could wish for. All rooms overlook the stunning coastline which is very well thought out. The village of La Caleta is so nice with beautiful restaurants and bars. Simply put its paradise from start to finish. 10 out of ten.

Excellent hotel, could not fault our stay. Rooms and breakfast were all perfect. We liked the location as it was not in the centre of Costa Adeje but there was still a mix of good restaurants in easy walking distance nearby. Well served by local buses if you want to travel further afield but haven’t hired a car.

Great hotel, large room. Good room facilities and hotel facilities. Very good bed. It was nice to sleep to the sound of the waves and waking up with a great view of the ocean. The price is commensurate with the room size and the ++++++++ service. No wonder it is ***** GL
