Clean and simple hotel convenient by the highway and plenty of parking

Close to the airport. Nice rooms! Public transport is 5minute walk

Short distance to train station. The room is clean. The only things they dont provide water bottle, cup and kettle

Ctrip is rubbish. As a Chinese platform, it cannot issue invoices. The German pro forma invoice is useless and there is no reminder. The complaint process is dragged on and on. In the end, the compensation is 500 and the loss is 1500. I will not book train tickets or hotel rooms with Ctrip again in the future. Yes, air tickets are much cheaper on **Qunar and other platforms. Goodbye, Ctrip, the fighter among the garbage!

Checked in at 3pm on Sunday, no one was on duty. Only the order number could not be used for automatic check-in, and the hotel confirmation number was required. Waited until 5pm for someone to come on duty. The room was not bad, but the fourth floor was being renovated, and the smell of the renovation was so bad that it made people faint. There were only KFC and gas station stores around.

Average service, clean room

Price/performance was good. Haven't had a bad experience. But I didn't expect much either.

We (mother with 2 children) stayed here for 1 night between a visit to Phantasiapark and a day in Cologne. Great price, neat (small) room and breakfast included for €10.50 pp. Breakfast was very extensive, the room to have breakfast very uncomfortable but otherwise fine. Staff were very friendly. No nuisance from the planes (it is close to the airport) or other traffic because of very well insulated windows. Hotel is a 15m drive from the center of Cologne, but you can also take the train at a 10m walk and leave your car at the hotel for free. Definitely recommended for 1 night.
