One night stay so all good with close to station. Room very small so bed was very small. Smallest double bed we got in our 5 weeks Europe trip. Breakfast was good and that’s why we booked so not disappointed. Got room early so we got more time to walk around town.  Fruits and water at reception. 

room size is ok, breakfast is ok, I would say this is a average hotel that not thing too good or bad. Free wifi and the speed is good, no bathtub, breakfast is the same everyday, very close to the Dom.

Room is warm; aircon not working well. On the second day, requested to change room. It’s very near to station and cologne catheral. Very conveneint

Good location, less than 5 mins walk from Cologne hbf with many eateries arround. Bed is comfortable with big pillow.

this place is disgusting. avoid at all cost. 3pm check in is a lie. i waited for my room till 3.30pm. they said the room was not ready. only after complaining did they give me keys to a room that was “ready”. well, it wasn’t. the toilet roll is empty - although there’s a second full one below. there is only 1 towel for a couple, there’s hair at the sink and the toilet bowl is dirty. how is this ready? absolutely disgusting! lastly, the check out took super long. they provide “express check out” but you lose your 50 euros deposit. is that how they earn extra tips? we have a train to catch, yet only 1 guy is handling the checking out and he is absolutely inexperienced. he takes at least 20mins each time and saw him ask someone else questions while handling the person in front of me. the couple behind me also complaining how bad this place is. trust me, avoid this hellhole

The location is very good! The rooms are OK but not something high level as the Hilton brand suggests. Other hotels in the area have better rooms. The most frustrating things are 1. the service of the people working there as they were slow, unprepared and the mixed up the booking types. The manager had to step in. 2. the decoration, style and facilities of Hilton Cologne are stuck in the 1960s. Not impressive or luxurius at all. There are 3 and 4 star hotels in the are with far better facilities. That is a shame for a brand like Hilton really.

Very good breakfast, with a lot of choices. Convenient location with just few minutes walk to the railway station and to the attractions.

Great location, this Hilton has great sized rooms, comfortable beds and perfect service.  Ideal for families and for those travelling via train as the station is only a 5 min walk.  Cathedral and old town are also very close by to explore.

A very great hotel to live in Köln ，Position is in the center of city and city walk is very vonvenient for many famous historical views. The most important is the service. Ms.ANA LUCIA ABOIM is a very beatiful and warm kind hearted girl. She helped me a lot while checking in. I will come to live

Absolutely recommended, especially for people wanting a quiet place near the train station. Has a spa that we didnt have time to use.

Everything was perfect except check out which took 40 minutes, unacceptable
