We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy."

"We booked the Apartment with breakfast included. The Apartment was uncomfortable with cool light. The cleaning Lady woke us up at 08am on the day of departure. When we wanted to go for breakfast the receptionist told us they do not offer it and the breakfast was generally not offered. She told us that we should complain to *********** and ask for a refund of the cost of the breakfast. I therefore wrote to customer service. They told me that the breakfast could not be refunded and that I should rebook the apartment, which of course was no longer possible. To date, the breakfast has not been refunded."

"We stayed at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort for four nights and honestly expected a lot more. When we arrived, the refrigerator in our room was broken and one of the beds was soaked, with what looked like blood stains. Not a great first impression. Throughout the stay, service was consistently frustrating. There was no reliable internet, which made even ordering room service difficult. When we did manage to order, it took over an hour and 40 minutes. Breakfast each morning was another issue. Long lines, clearly understaffed, and not equipped to handle the number of guests. Overall, it felt disorganized and far below the standard you’d expect for a property like this. Really disappointing experience."
