The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy."

"Despite what the listing suggests, this is not a full-service hotel, and calling it “Naples" feels like a stretch. My room on 2.24.2026 overlooked Highway 41 and a dumpster-hardly the scenic escape one would expect. You have to drive everywhere, and it’s 30+ minutes to 5th Ave. The on-site restaurant operates on limited hours, and there's no indoor seating, which meant eating lunch outside in 60- degree weather in the shade. Even the Tigeress restaurant doesn't open until 4:00 p.m. Very limited staff on site- I checked out early. Trip.com was not helpful in cancelling night 2, neither was The Perry. Overall, the experience didn't align with the description or expectations set by the listing."
