Had a great time! Place was nicely decorated. We enjoyed using our kayaks we brought with us and launched from the backyard dock. FYI the dock does not have a ladder. We ate at several local restaurants on island that had very good seafood. Relaxing and low key.

Seems we may have been first in on the remodel. Beautifully done, recommend to anyone wanting a low key walk to restaurants, skiff in the water experience.

We brought our Boat
The house was great along with the neighborhood. It's a little quieter, more low key compared to Marco Island. We really enjoyed our stay for a month! The weather didn't agree with our boating plans, but it was so nice to have our boat right in our back yard!! Would come back again.

Isle of Capri stay
This is our 3rd year to Marco Island. We opted to stay on Isle of Capri neighborhood this year for our Spring Break. Home was perfect! Clean, new everything. Tastefully decorated. The cream family room furniture scared us a bit with 2 teen boys but covered them w blankets to help avoid any unwanted stains! Brave owner : )
Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and needs for cooking. The yard was a peaceful retreat. We rented bikes and rode bikes around. It was a bit of a distance for beach day but enjoyed the views on the ride over Marco Bridge and on Marco.
We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood seeing the rebuilding and area homes as well as water views.
We would definitely recommend this property if you were fine driving to beach daily. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was prompt.
