On-site Dining and Activities: The on-site restaurant and bar received positive feedback for their food quality and service, though some noted limited operating hours or closures during specific times. Guests appreciated the convenience of dining without leaving the property.

This is a beautiful resort located in the middle of the canyon. It's a little bit far from the town, however, you get really connected with nature. I had a room facing the canyon, it's beautiful like you are living solo with nature. The sunlight is great, the rooms are clean and cozy. It does need some maintenance as it gets old over time, however, they are very comfortable to stay in. The best thing I love is the energy in the house and around. Stuff are super nice there and easy to work with.

When I walked in I couldn’t tell that it was dirty but then I took a shower and the towels were dirty as well as the rags and then we had bugs in our bed underneath the sheets. There was a bunch of stuff from the previous people that stayed there and there was liquid fire starter and I called the front to ask for more and they said that it wasn’t supposed to be in there. So it had been left from the previous people. Just overall it was bad out of all the vacations I have taken this was by far the worst.

Location is given, the amenities might be dated but are still well-kept. My family and I stayed in a bigger villa with 2 bedrooms. You can choose if you want forest-facing, or creek-facing. September is still quite a busy season around Sedona. Given this, the area is still quiet. We all had a good and comfortable sleep.

Loved this place , quiet and relaxing, cool area by the creek and forest . it was an easy drive from Sedona and Flagstaff ,15 minutes drive. The condo we had, was a 2 bedrooms /2 bathroom which was huge , can sleep 8 persons easily, look like an house !!!(#36 condo) The front desk employees were friendly , kind and professional . we will come back. Enjoy your stay:)

I had a confirmation for my stay for 4 nights, upon checking in, I was told that my room was booked for 3 of the nights I had a reservation for. I knew that, it was booked by me as I had a confirmation number I presented to the front desk clerk. I was told my room was not available and that I would have to check out in the morning and that the office manager would "work" on my 3 days charge as everything was pre-paid. $ months later and they still have not contacted me, reimbursed me, or made this right. I was told 4-5 times that someone would get right back to me. I have stayed here before, so I have no idea what the "problem" was but over booking your place, then not refunding my payment is a bit off. Kind of sucks to be honest!

Failing at the basics. First off, I’m from Hawaii so I cut people a lot of slack. But so many of the most basic things a hotel should do, this place didn’t do. Let’s start with the registration staff. They need to be welcoming and STAND UP off their chair to welcome guests. Not kinda kicked back on their phone and having lots of vague answers about such basic things as when the water is being turned on and if the restaurant is open. I get better service at a cheap roadside motel. But my room was $450 per day. For money like that, bro needs to stand up. The room is nice, but both the drains in the upstairs bathroom are broken. One doesn’t drain because the stopper is broken and the other one has had the stopper removed. Isn’t there someone responsible for fixing basic problems like this? Ace is the place guys. Also for $450 per night, I wish I would get a bundle of firewood instead being charged $10 for it. People reading this review can decide for themselves, but to me it lacks hospitality. Ok tonight the kitchen is open but the oven is broken. So no hot food. Really? Ok sure. And Oak Creek, which is stocked with trout runs behind the property and they say you can get a pole and tackle at registration, but they said all the poles are broken. If I ran a hotel that changed this money, when the first pole broke, I’d replace it.And when the second pole broke I’d make a priority to get another especially if I advertised it as a guest activity. But when I didn’t do anything about this, I would accept that a guest might write a bad review and work to uphold my commitment to our guests. Again I know for a fact that Ace sells fishing poles for maybe $25. Listen maybe you could have a chalkboard where you say that there’s no fishing poles, there’s no hot food, your staff doesn’t stand up and that your sink might be broken.

I did not want to leave. I stayed an extra night and then still waited til 10:59 to check out at 11:00. My only complaint is the leaf blowing. It went on for over an hour each morning. It really interferes with the serenity when you're trying to enjoy with your morning beverage on the deck. It drowns out the sound of the creek! I looked it up - there are quiet leaf blowers. An investment in them would be a very smart thing to do.
