I can't rate this hotel, just that when we arrived, we asked them if there was parking, they just told us 3 spaces in a garage and that they were taken, they asked us where we parked, we told them in the avenue in front of the hotel, not very reassuring, they asked us if we had several things in the car, yes we were coming back from vacation. And then they told us that there had already been several damages. No other solution. We wanted to cancel and the hotel understood very well. We took room and breakfast, nothing was refunded to us. Very disappointed 😞., we preferred not to take any risks.

Appreciated that the room was clean and seemed recently renovated. Good quality bedding, TV and small sofa as additional sitting space. Bathroom was really tiny, basin and shower were the smallest I've ever seen. Basic self service breakfast.

The staff at the Hotel Albert Elisabeth is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. So far so good. The room are deplorable, The carpet is beyond dirty. I was given a two-bed room except that one bed was a sofa bed! With the bed and the sofa bed (opened) one had barely enough room to get into bed. The bathroom, while clean, was in need of repair. Beside the staff....a most disappointing yet expensive experience Need to know: In order to access the front desk, one must climb several steps. The elevator despite the posting accommodates one person with one suitcase, two max.

Excellent choice at this price range! The room was big, clean and warm. wifi worked great, the bathroom had a bathtub (loved it!) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee in the room, but there was a coffee machine ($€) in the lobby and a microwave (!, which was absolutely great!). The location is mostly quiet (except for some loud boys gathering on a street one evening) and I mostly didn’t hear other guests „coughing“. Highly recommend overall!
