The best of the best! At Dromoland, they cater to your every need! If I am in Ireland, I will be staying at Dromoland! The staff is superior and attention to detail is excellent. They have an excellent chef so, breakfast, lunch and dinner are a no trainers.

Truely remarkable experience at Dromoland Castle. From check in to check out, the staff are courteous, professional and welcoming from reception, restaurant / bar, room attendants and ground staff are all amazing. Complimentary room upgrade and breakfast provided as part of my credit card loyalty program was appreciated and welcomed. Beverage and food quality is excellent and delivered with prompt efficiency service with the castle and surrounding grounds and sporting activities inspiring. Would definitely stay at Dromoland Castle again.

Played the outstanding championship golf course at Dromoland Castle last week. The course has undergone some renovations in recent years and it must now be up there as one of the best parkland golf courses in Ireland. The conditioning of the course was second to none, whilst the scenery and challenge of each hole makes a round at Dromoland a real treat. Was made feel very welcome from the off, from booking with Mark ,the welcome we received in the golf shop from Neil and from all in the restaurant afterwards. Thank you.

We had dinner in the Earl of thomond restaurant last week. It was a wonderful experience. The staff on arrival have a great welcome for guests and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly . . The menu has a great choice of starters and main courses . The chefs deserve great credit for the presentation of our food . It was delicious . Desert is served with coffee and petit fours. We were very happy and look forward to returning soon again .

We had a lovely lunch with family at the Castle. Excellent service and great food. The grounds were beautiful and even though late in the season some of the flowers were still in bloom. My husband would love to return and golf there one day!

His care for guests with allergies was meticulous and reassuring; he explained options clearly and coordinated with the kitchen so we felt entirely safe. For our little ones, aged 1 and 3, Mathew’s gentle attentions and practical solutions made the experience effortless for parents and delightful for the children. Food Quality and Variety The food displayed both classic elegance and creative flair. Every savoury bite was perfectly seasoned and presented with care. The selection offered a satisfying balance of familiar favourites and thoughtful novelties, ensuring every palate — young and old — found something to love. Ingredients tasted fresh and well sourced, and portions were generous without ever feeling heavy. Pastries and Uniqueness The pastry selection was the highlight: imaginative, beautifully constructed, and unexpectedly memorable.
