GGuest UserThe best part about this place ,Is the lady name Liz who does the morning breakfest.What a diamond.Liz always smiled greeted everyone.Ask how was thr stay,was there any issues we did not like.Liz even would walk by smiling and ask,if she could get us something. Liz deserves a award ,a cash award at that.She was the only employee who took pride in the place and the customers.

GGuest UserThis place had a good rating but we found it to be very disappointing. When we checked in we were told the bottom floor was all booked and there was no elevator. What...well it's a good thing we didn't need to have an elevator but we didn't know that when we booked online. The room was ok, nice bed with a sofa and the room seemed clean. When we tried to use the exercise room, we couldn't get in and had to get the front desk gal to open it, which was ok. But the remote for the tv didn't work; and the gal at the front didn't know what to do. Then breakfast was disappointing; there were eggs, bacon, pancakes. No butter, no bread for toast, and no cereal. I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled after the gal made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I would not recommend this hotel even though it has the Best Western name. There's not much of a choice in Yazoo City and this is the best hotel if you stop.
