4.6/5
Outstanding
This Hampton Inn appears to be in Caddo Valley, though the address is Arkadelphia. Getting to it is a little tricky, since once one gets off I-30 onto US-67 southbound, it is the 2nd left turn onto Malvern Road that one has to take, not the 1st (oops). The inn was neat and clean and well-appointed. The room was very nice, and it was quiet since the hotel is about 300 yards from the interstate. Breakfast was the usual mix of hot and cold items. It was very well kept and the gentleman watching over the breakfast space was quite pleasant and went out of his way to help us out when we had difficulty getting some hot tea. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to overnighting at this Hampton Inn in the future when we pass through the area.
JJessalyn MThe rooms and the entire hotel were very clean. She even called my room 20 minutes after I got to my room to see if the room was clean and if I needed anything which has never happened before in the many times I have stayed in a hotel. Allison went truly above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and as fun as it possibly could be. It was mine and my boyfriend's first time in Arkansas and she even helped us figure out some more places to go while we were here. We will stay here again if we can!

It's name would imply it is in Arkadelphia, but it is about five miles from the main part of town on I-30 in Caddo Valley. Good if you are going to spend time around DeGray Lake. There was no light above or on the desk, so it was rather dark there if you want to do anything at the desk, also the desk chairs where old, wobbly and the cushions collapsed. Not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was typical. The room was clean and I didn't notice much in the way of noise from outside. We were here towards the beginning of the covid nonsense, so the place was just about empty, I counted 10 cars in the lot.
