We arrived at approx 2am , check in was quick and easy with porter service , we were given a snack box which was a nice touch. We were advised that All Inclusive was 10.00 to 23.00, the drinks on offer were more disappointing than the time restrictions as I prefer a cocktail to beer or spirits but these were not included. The hotel itself is nice and clean in all areas but is a bit dated. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is only 1 English news channel which is representative and boring. The pool area is small but clean , sunbeds were available for us but on our final day (12th) a sign went up to say you can no longer reserve sunbeds, we had witnessed several days with towels on beds but no one was on them for several hours. Bring your own radio as only 1 speaker works. Whilst the staff work very hard I agree with previous reviews, the majority of the staff seem more attentive to their German clients. After a few days of us being here we were asked if we'd like refills but this was hot and miss with staff. We were here for the Euros and all other nations flags were displayed except the English. The food was disappointing, breakfast choices were particularly poor aimed at the German market, it would have been nice for an English breakfast once or twice during our 10 day stay. Dinner and tea were hit and miss too, some we're very tasty and some looked tasty but we're bland. We'd expected entertainment every evening but only saw 3 acts, we'd not want to be here with young children as there isn't anything for them to do on an evening. The hotel is close to lots of shops and we did enjoy walks in various directions after our evening meal. There is a book exchange however 97% German, I did leave my two books and was greatful that two more English books were left. A nice quiet spot but unfortunately it's not somewhere we'd return to.

A great hotel for its budget, new stylish rooms, a beautiful cozy setting in the Hall and restaurant. From the downsides this breakfast, strongly don't eat big hopes, it will be great if something is bitten and the plate will not be beaten, but most likely the plate will be beaten and the pancakes will end before you take them and nobody will offer new ) only a wheat egg or omlet with vegetables will remain )

I give an extra star to this hotel since it is nice and the Food has good taste. Yesterday there was Turkish night with traditional Food and some arranged drinks, it was a good night and tasty Food. And the a la carte afternoon snack is good! There is entertainment every night. A bit sad that Beach is not included but cost 6 € for 2 beds and an umbrella, and payment for all drinks. I have following recomodations to the hotel: * Let the guest relation staff go arround at the hotel instead of sitt all Day at the desk looking at there private phone (we never Saw them in action) Perhaps the reception Can manage the job since it seems like nothing * Play more national mixed Music at the pool - the played Music must be from amacing team/DJ’s own private playlist (they are all Young) * Add rum to the bar * Do something about the cat trays in all plants - it smells horrible! * Update the entertainment poster early morning - we asked in the reception what was todays entertainment (Friday) and he did not know…..?!? Yesterdays was still on the poster at 09:00 o’clock * Add a bit Dance to the pool entertainment, zumba or similar (and don’t hit people with swimmfoam during aquagym) It is a nice hotel, with the sugested improvements I Think it Will be better :-)

Very tired hotel. Doors in cabinets are not closed. Raw plumbing. Raw towels and underwear. We were very sorry that we chose this hotel. Location is not bad but better, still pick closer to the center. The hotel is located on the first line, the beach across the road. But the windows come out into the windows of the nearby hotel. The distance is such that you can greet you with a hand. So the curtains are always closed aloud. You can't sit on the balcony. A separate ”fu” Pegasus tourist who collected us an extra fee for the view on the sea. You will see it through a narrow gap between your hotel and the neighboring hotel, and if everything is not hanged by the things that dry the holidaymakers. In fact, after bathing there is nowhere to dry clothes. The distance between the neighboring open balconies is 0. Wind-blowing couches and bras do not add aesthetics. Big + uninterrupted availability of hot water. Separately about food. If you are a vegetarian - you are lucky. In 6 days of rest, meat was 1 time mixed with vegetables. In a restaurant at the hotel, they can't cook ((. Eat every day rice, even if it's perfectly cooked, it's still boring. If you see in the reviews that feed well, most likely, These people just don't know what good food is. Summary: you can come swimming and sunshine only if there was a roof over your head. If you want a service, gastronomic and aesthetic pleasure, choose another hotel. It was our first and last experience in three stars. Never again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at Blue Star Hotel was a huge disappointment. First of all, the food was terrible – very limited selection, and both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. Each of us had stomach issues on different days, which completely ruined a large part of our vacation. Secondly, the alcohol was bad – the wine (both white and red), whisky, and vodka were undrinkable. The only thing worth having was the beer, but that’s hardly enough to improve the overall experience. The situation at the pool was also unpleasant – there were hardly any sun loungers available, making it nearly impossible to relax. Additionally, I had a very uncomfortable incident when an aggressive Turkish man tried to take my parasol and even pushed me, while the hotel staff didn’t intervene at all. Completely unprofessional. Another major issue was that people smoked everywhere in the hotel, which was awful for non-smokers like us. On top of that, the place seemed to be filled with loud, rude tourists from russia, which made the atmosphere even worse. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach situation. You have to pay 6 euros or 7 dollars to rent a sun lounger and parasol, and they don’t allow you to rent just the parasol separately. It’s honestly better to just buy your own parasol from a nearby shop for around 4 dollars and avoid the hassle. Communication with the staff was a nightmare – no one spoke English well, and the girls at the reception were rude and unhelpful. At night, it was hard to sleep because of the constant noise from trash collection, adding to the overall frustration. In summary, my stay at Blue Star Hotel was a complete disaster. The terrible food, undrinkable alcohol, lack of sun loungers, constant smoking, and loud, troublesome guests made it an awful experience. I would strongly advise against staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎
