Compared with similar hotels in China, the surrounding environment is very good, mainly quiet 2-story bungalows, and Uber is used for transportation. The price is high, and the breakfast is rich. If you order it separately, it is still very expensive. I heard that the overall price has doubled during the tourist season. Half the price feels very worthwhile.
We booked a family room with two bedrooms and a small living room. The hotel was great and spacious with all amenities The as it was hajj season, the hotel was empty. However, we were very disappointed with the staff. No one ever answered the housekeeping phone to ask for anything we had to contact the coffee shop at the lobby and ask him to ask the reception to call housekeeping. Also, the housekeeping staff was extremely rude and always irritated the reception. Also hardly anyone answered. At the reception in lobby the staff was very kind.
It’s a very brief stay and our first time to Riyadh. The pricing is definitely on the high side.
Can Uber around and staff in the restaurants are super friendly.
Hope they will do renovation one day very soon.
The hotel is comfortable and the staff are helpful. But there were small niggles that are unnecessary and really shouldn’t happen at a luxury hotel. My mobile phone couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The usual “room number and surname” led to an error, so I had to get a special 10 digit access code in reception. Weird. But the strangest thing was that the aircon was off and the control pad inactive. I had to call housekeeping and they activated it remotely. I had two back-to-back bookings, and at the start of my second “stay” the aircon was deactivated again, and I had to call housekeeping again to get it working. So it is an intentional setup. Very strange and not what I expect from a top hotel brand. Thirdly I couldn’t leave a credit card to cover incidentals. I had to pay a deposit on my room and then get a refund for the unused balance at check out. The gym is small. The pool and sun deck is beautiful. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are great hotels in Riyadh.
It’s was great sty in Movenpick hotel really enjoyed that great location and great service from staff and staff are very friendly and helpful people we really appreciate the service specially zaman khan from front office he’s very helpful and very friendly thank you
After all, who stayed in the hotel
Popularity in the Chinese market has skyrocketed in recent years
The general manager is also very attentive
Recruiting Sister Lin, the only middle-level Chinese in the Saudi hotel industry, to help
The service is getting more and more considerate

It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.
Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

Outstanding
Ddan0706_The hotel driver converted the hotel into a king's palace, which is very grand and magnificent. The service is also very good. It is also very convenient to go to major attractions from the hotel! Highly recommended! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
My stay at the St. Regis Riyadh was truly exceptional. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in process, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. They recognized my Titanium status and graciously upgraded me to a superior room, enhancing my overall experience. The personalized butler service was a highlight of my stay. My assigned butler, Valentine, went above and beyond to cater to my preferences. When I mentioned my favorite hot beverage, which wasn't typically available on the hotel menu, Valentine creatively found a way to prepare it for me, showcasing his dedication to an exceptional guest experience! Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Saeed from Mombasa, Kenya, and Mike were particularly noteworthy in their excellent service, along with many other staff members who contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. The St. Regis Riyadh has certainly set a high standard for luxury hospitality. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to guest satisfaction made for a truly memorable stay. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to future visits.
GGuest UserThe restaurant has a variety of cuisine very delicious especially the bbq and seafood. I highly recommend this Hotel for your future dinner or any hotel events booking. The Hotel is perfectly suited in a central area of Olaya where you can reach to nearby places quickly. I would like to thank all staff in the restaurant, all the team who made sure that our dinner is well arrange.
This is a really comfortable hotel. The most comfortable bed and feather pillows of our time in Saudi Arabia. The breakfast was also the best. Buffet style with European options but absolutely delicious Arabic food including salads, bread, ful, a wide variety of dips and local cheeses, fruit etc plus an egg station and endless coffee or tea. Ask for a view towards Kingdom Tower. Saudi Arabia isn’t built for walking but you can get to the park at the back of the library where families meet in the evening which is entertaining. You don’t have many food options but there is cafe Elite which has a reasonably good value salad, a pizza place in the library and a mall with food court. If you’re prepared to walk a bit further through the back streets you can get to Mamma Noura which is by far the best and freshest shawarma and juice restaurant with great salads in this part of town. Highly entertaining and sociable too.
GGuest UserA very convenient hotel for a business trip. Location is close to KAFD Food is good in all outlets The staff are friendly and nice Rooms are med-sized but clean and comfortable, the toilet is small :) There is a pool and a gym but didn’t try them this time
GGuest UserExcellent service and talking with as friendly as friends good communication Nour good job…. Huge respect and best of luck I wish you all I will come back again and congratulations to all of your team….
GGuest UserI am glad I booked this hotel for my last trip to riyadh as I was supposed to visit granada business park and it’s at 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is small and team is friendly especially the Chef at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is small but They can whip up eggs as you like or serve you crepes or waffles as well. Wi-Fi is slow though so you may have problems in holding those video calls after hours. Staff is new and mostly cater to domestic tourists so some times struggle with what you say which you expect them to know in any other hotel. E.g: it took 4 ppl to understand that I am asking them to keep my bag with the concierge at the time of check out 🤣 All in all a good choice if you are looking for a place to stay near Granada business park
JJIACHENGThis hotel is close to the Riyadh airport because there is an old hotel next to the airport. This hotel is still relatively new. The window can be opened. High-rise. Also helped me upgrade to a suite. :) This hotel is really good at Riyadh. This is the third hotel I stayed in for a trip to Riyadh. That's not bad. The other two are too old. There is a certain distance from the King's Building. Sleep quietly. Come out is the high speed mouth. Easy to get to the airport.
GGuest UserThe room is fully equipped with TV, sofa and small refrigerator. The bathroom is a bit compact and the 0.8-meter bed is a bit narrow. Everything else is good and livable.
