Best Nagarkot Hotels

Owner and staff members are very kind. Facility is old and it was cold at night without any heater in the room. I had problems with water supply and shower which were fixed after claiming. I really enjoyed a mini trekking from Nagarkot to Chang Narayan with an excellent guide from the hotel.

What a stay! Wow, this hotel blew our expectations out of the water. From the moment we arrived, the location was beautiful overlooking the hills, valley, and mountains on a clear day. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, it was a delight to chat to the owner and be in his company. He offered us tea leaves fresh from the garden, and sat with us chatting away on a number of ocassions, Immediately we extended our stay by another night, as did another 3 people who were staying there. The place is very clean, the beds very comfy, and the rooms a great size, with hot water in specific hours each day. Also would love to recommend the lemon and honey tea, with wild honey. What a treat! More of a homestay welcome than a hotel, go there, you will definitely extend your stay. We will be back again to stay and throw some more acrobatics :D

Just on the mountain, you can see the whole mountain view with your own observation deck. The room is quite large, there is a separate bathroom, and there is a bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Impeccable hotel on the highest point of the mountain. You can watch the sunset and sunrise, and you can directly see Everest when the visibility is good. The chalet is lower in the mountains, and there are two rooms on the upper and lower floors. The main building has better visibility at the highest point.

As it is the best hotel in Nagarkot, I was very satisfied. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than check-in time, but they still accommodated me. They also upgraded my room for free, so I stayed in a deluxe room! One thing that was different from what I expected was that the pool was small. I had imagined it to be quite large, but it wasn't that big. I think if you don't expect too much you'll be able to enjoy yourself and not be disappointed. Overall I'm satisfied!

Was able to make a video. Cannot post that one on Trip app. For this trip to Nepal, I had a driver scheduled ahead of time to make the drive up there in the dark easier. Pay extra if they stay or go down. No need to leave the property, but lovely locals in both road directions. It seems lots of people take their motorbikes up. There’s even college students and bus groups. Some vacant and less expensive hostels, but this location has everything needed. I think it’s a good night or two to stay. I arrived dinner and stayed two nights. All employees wonderful. Binod said Hotel can help arrange driver, but the bus also comes up. Sunrise depends on fog. Good either way.
