"The room requires better cleaning, especially the toilet, which could use a thorough scrubbing. The room itself feels outdated and old.
On the positive side, the new air conditioner and charging ports were a nice touch, and the location in Mersing is very convenient.
Breakfast could be improved, even considering the hotel’s lower star rating. Overall, there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep."

"Size wise of room n bathroom- ok
Comfortable beds n linen, request extra pillow not available.
Ac working fine
Tv not working at first..3 times try to repair..only 2 channel manage to get at last..huhu.. missed my AJL that night.. first time tv need to put password..hahaha..
Water cooler at lobby is good effort.
Staff very good.."

"The hotel location is very good. Beside there is a department store, and all the place of interest walking distance. However, as standard shop lot hotel, can’t expect much. There is no lift available by the way :)"

"The room is really a place for us to shower and sleep only because we reach Mersing at night and check out early morning so don't expect anything. You pay what you get. Price is really cheap, location is good as well because it's near to jetty. However, the hotel looks very old (but cleanliness is still acceptable). Air conditioner is well functioning, we feel very cold. Water heater is not functioning. Night time is very noisy as we can hear the sound outside."

"Not far from bus terminal and from the ferry terminal. Average rooms with AC, TV with a couple of channels. Complimentary taxi to ferry. The room was clean enough and only stayed one night while waiting for ferry to Tioman."

"The hotel is modest, good for the money. Shower, water, air conditioning. iron on the floor. 20 minutes to the pier with a backpack. Also to the bus station. The staff is very friendly. They left our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out while we waited for the ferry. For my purposes - to wash myself, to spend the night, it’s very good. The city is very cozy, we walked around with pleasure. I recommend the hotel. Bus to Kuala Lumpur 43 ringit, ferry to Tioman 60 ringit one way. Plus tax 30."
