conosco questo locale grazie a the fork si chiama pizzeria i cumpari ,di sicuro avra' cambiato gestione.. si trova in una stradina a Villagrazia di Carini parcheggio riservato di fronte , location bella e curata, interno elegante e moderno, ampi spazi ,ha due sale ( per quello che ho visto) atmosfera piacevole, staff gentile e premuroso, attento alle esigenze del cliente , anche se è stato sabato , tempi d'attesa per nulla lunghi. abbiamo ordinato misto caldo, hamburger, covaccino e pizza gourmet della settimana , tutto davvero buono, antipasto caldo non oleoso, e croccante ingredienti di qualita' ,abbondanti, la pizza soffice e leggera per nulla salata. bene presentato sul piatto conto davvero ottimo , visto la location e l atmosfera pensavo un po' di piu' da tornarci sicuramente e provare il ristorante.

I don't know how to say this... I have traveled to many towns and cities in Italy over the years, have stayed in many good airbnb and hotels. I was very impressed with Da N'facci in the town of Carini, Sicily. The staff, the environment, the clenliness of the room and the host Mr. Girolamo who made us feel comfortable and treated us as family. I recommend to any traveler who is visiting Palermo and looking for accomodations, to stay at Da 'N facci located at Via Nazionale 158 Carini Villagrazia, PA, Sicily, you will not regret it. ＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞＞ Non so come dirlo... sono stato in molte città e paesi in Italia nel corso degli anni, ho soggiornato in molti ottimi hotel e airbnb. Sono rimasto molto colpito alloggiando da Da 'N facci nel comune di Carini Villagrazia, in Sicilia. Il personale, l'ambiente, la pulizia della camera e l'ospite Sig. Girolamo che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e come in famiglia. Consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori che visitano Palermo e cercano un alloggio, di soggiornare presso Da Nfacci situato in Via Nazionale 158 Carini Villagrazia, PA, Sicilia, non ve ne pentirete.

After EasyJet cancelled our flight as we were boarding our late evening flight we found ourselves being ferried to this small town miles from the airport and arrived at 5am along with 50 other tired and harried passengers to be met by a smiling and very efficient manager who dispensed with the usual checking in - he had all 50 guests in bedrooms within 15 minutes. The bedrooms were clean comfortable air conditioned and mostly with balconies and we were all asleep by 530am. The next day he had arranged breakfast for the extra 50 guests and then a delicious lunch . The manager and his amazing staff put up our constant queries about being collected, fixed us drinks at the bar, and provided a reassuring presence at a very stressful time. The hotel itself was comfortable, airy and spacious; our room was not wanting and the fresh bed and well appointed bathroom ensured that we felt as human as possible under the difficult circumstances. We landed on our feet in an unlikely town but realised you should never judge a book by its cover.

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us. We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.') We booked two rooms for adults and kids. The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected. The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures. The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not. The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic). There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances. The shower had very little water pressure. The front door had to be wrestled open There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom. The kids room had no AC. When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had. We had sent messages via website and called ahead of time to arrange a shuttle. When we arrived, we were told that they'd have to take us in two trips or get another car. They also requested to be paid 80 euros in cash separate from the hotel bill. During our stay, we did not see anyone working the lobby. We had to call multiple numbers to find someone to help. These and various other negative elements made us feel unwelcomed. Moreover, we felt deceived as the pictures on the website only showed the beautiful rooms, not the room we were given (see attached pictures.)
