The hotel has a strategic location and the rooms are very spacious. Although they are a bit old, they are fully equipped and are warm and comfortable to stay in during the winter. It is worth recommending that the breakfast here is excellent. Not only is it rich in variety and delicious, the owner and staff are also very hospitable. They will serve guests with good wine and the coffee tastes great. The restaurant located on the top floor has a wide view, and you can go up to the rooftop platform through the spiral staircase to enjoy the scenery. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend.

They try to create the impression of a luxury five star boutique design hotel. If that's what you look for, don't go here. If you look for a hotel with unique designed rooms for some instagram photos, this might be your hotel though. I wasn't to happy with the service (they try to be nice but can't provide any service beyond checking you in and out), the cleaning (room and bath room where dirty) as well as the provided amenities (no spa, no gym, no restaurant, not even a lobby). Beyond that the biggest con to me was the missing soundproof at all (you can hear the other rooms and everything that's happening on the hallway in your room) and the bad wifi. Overall it felt to me that they try to create a nice boutique hotel but fail due to lack of experience and expertise.

In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. There are pharmacies ATM local supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurant lights in the surrounding area. But the hotel was renovated many years ago. It is slightly old, but the service of the service staff is in place and can ignore those old facilities. On the contrary, it gives people a sense of historical immersion. Batumi city is very small, taxis are recommended to call the local car software BOLT, very cheap, basically not more than 30CNY. The surrounding entertainment venues are also very close and can be reached on foot. **, nightclubs, bars are worthy of Black Sea Las Vegas 😁

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

It's a very good hotel according to the money you pay. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is quite enough. The staff is very kind and helpful on the coast of the centre. Breakfast is quite enough. Thank you very much, especially Marika. If you pay more than 30% of the money you're paying you'll go to a class at the top of a hotel, but I don't think it's worth it. There are people who say the lift is very slow in comments. Yes, it's not very fast. The solution can be simple to pay more than 30% and move the lift to the fast hotel. We were happy with everything.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Check in on your own. The cleaning lady is very friendly.

Классный, современный отель в Батуми. Накодиться рядом с набережной. Внутри все новое - современное - в минималистическом стиле. Номера большие , сделаны с деревянным интерьером - что придает уют. Но мерах есть и детки и комсметические принадлежности. Единственный минус - брали с видом на море - но его из-за растительности не было( были на 3 этаже) из всех 3 окон, плюс шум от дороги. В отЕл. Хотелось возвращаться. Удобная кровать и отличный душ. Плюс хороший бассейн на крыше с лежаками и шикарным видом. Ну и оставил самые лучше впечатления - завтрак! Это вкусно и разнообразно ! Если Батуми - то однозначно отель этой сети!
