A very distinctive British-style hotel, Xiaobailou has a long history. The whole environment is very beautiful. You can take a walk in the park during the day. I really like the windows in the main building with the view~ The afternoon tea set is rich and delicious, the restaurant's daily supply of tea, coffee and wine list is also very rich, and the dinner standard is online. Facilities: Disposable slippers are generally not provided. It is best if you can prepare them yourself ~ I changed the room type once in the middle, and the second room was not equipped with a refrigerator. It happens to be the hottest summer in London. The hotel has no air conditioning and relies on a small electric fan to blow the air.😂

Room and bathroom were big and fairly modern however details like towel rails and toilet roll holder in the bathroom (non-existing) and a full-sized mirror in the bedroom (only a a tiny one) had been overlooked and would have been nice. The bathroom toiletries advertised were a half empty hand wash bottle on the basin and a half empty shower gel bottle in the shower. A private kitchen was also advertised as included, not sure what they meant by private as someone was using it (I didn't), perhaps they just meant people couldn't just walk in from the street and use it. On arrival, room and bathroom weren't overly clean and there was no cleaning at all during my stay. The room was on the main road and the traffic noise went on till very late and started again very early in the morning. Really hard to sleep. An altogether disappointing experience

I stayed here for four nights after traveling to Eastern Europe. This was my first time staying in a budget hotel, but the people here made me feel like home. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always fresh. The most important thing is that they always help you when you need it, like buying me an Oster card, which makes my travel cheaper and more convenient, and they also help me send postcards and help me with my luggage. Grease the wheels. They are very kind. When I'm alone, talking to them makes me feel not alone at all. Every time I come back, it's like going home. I will definitely come here again next time I go to London, it will definitely be my first choice.

Well, had to lay my head somewhere as all local places were booked, The guy I spoke to was a genuine decent guy, micheal was his name, I had to take a studio flat as it was all they have, all I wanted was tv and shower, so first impressions, yeah it's a studio room, lovely views of green lanes, first thing was wire hanging out of wall, which I was told for cctv, ( alarm bells ) why cctv in a room all cables are normally external. Prob just mis comunication. So first thing I always do is turn the box on, we'll one of them, found out both didn't work, so gave micheal a call and he sorted it straight away, great service. I only had a few issues, 1 it was like the Sahara, but there was 3 fans, so all good, 2 hobs not connected wires just left in cupboard,( luckily I forgot my super noodles). 3 fire alarm is in cupboard with fire blanket and extinguisher, which is a no no but easily sorted, other than that all good ill stay again, oh this room has views of green lanes but no curtains so you wake up when the sun does, but hey so do the birds, value for money? Probably if they get the safety issues fixed and curtains, also wired in hob and displayed fire blanket and extinguisher, but other than that, it's wood green and I'd stay again.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience with the service provided. The staff members were extremely attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me throughout my stay. But this last in the hotel was very horrible, the room was like a prison room, no heater, bed was very small and the bathroom was on the third floor. it was a bad experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations except the last stay in the hotel. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.
