Excellent
Lovely hotel located in the heart of Courchevel 1850 among luxury boutiques. Very nice home . Parking space in front of the hotel to drop off luggage with the possibility of parking for the stay. Very comfortable, relatively spacious rooms. Very pleasant little balcony to enjoy the last rays of the sun. Efficient professional ski room available. Excellent breakfast with quality products, very good service. Charming, efficient staff. Ideal location for a car-free stay. A beautiful address in the center of Courchevel 1850.

Excellent
Stayed for a week and had a great time, nice food and all staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to a few lifts and gondola. Would definitely come again!

TTrebor NMyself and my two teenage children stayed for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is ideal in the centre of Tignes 2100 just 5 min walk from the ski lifts and facilities. The spa and boot room on the bottom floor is well set up for preparing for skiing and some relaxation. The family room was comfortable if ia little tight and in need of little updating. It had a balcony and great view of the slopes. We stayed on a half board basis and my 2 children are Coeliac (severe gluten allergy). The hotel staff including the chef could not have been more accomodating - including cooking a separate dish for my daughter on request - and we were all able to enjoy lovely meals without issue. We also took advantage of the 'dine around' capability with one of the other hotels and the food was similarly excellent and accommodating of our circumstances. The staff helped us with everything from sourcing ski passes, organising transfers and receiving amazon parcels. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with access to the ski slopes.

韦韦恩贝格-克布利茨宣统It seems to be an annex apartment of a star-level hotel. If you arrive at night, you need to check in at the next hotel. The location is not on the main road, but at the back of the row opposite the train station. There are microwaves, kettles, and coffee machines. Electric stove, boiling pan, refrigerator, but no frying pan, no condiments, comfortable bed, generally very good, there are very few food around, Annecy is too expensive, so it’s okay to live here and pass by.

Situé sur une grande route pres d une ZI à qqs kilomètres d Aix les bains et du Bourget du Lac ,l endroit est pourtant calme. Idéal pour 1 escale d une nuit . Table de picnic pour dîner ou déjeuner dehors Le resto a côté le Daytona est super bien Chambre climatisée idéal pour ces grosses chaleurs Chambre propre/ WC séparé Il manque qqs tablettes dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires de toilette . Le petit déjeuner à 11 euros est un bon rapport qualité/ prix sucré sale L accueil est très cordial. J ai faillit mettre que moyen pour ce motel car étant arrivées plus tôt sur Aix à 12h20 nous sommes allées directement au Motel voit si par hasard la chambre était déjà libre ...oui ... et on m a demandé 15 euros pr y accéder... Ça fait des années que je voyage et ça ne m etait jamais arrivé ni à l hotel ni en camping qd la réservation était prête J ai trouvé ça mesquin . Mais à part ce c est un Bo rapport qualité prix

I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

Even though we Absolutely Could Not go to our room before check in (but we could leave our bags)(the French & their rules!) this hotel was fabulous. Great location, efficient welcome, lovely bar, a swim or sauna if we’d fancied, a huge room with a comfortable huge bed, decent sized bathroom-oh yes it was all there-& the best bit-a massive window the whole width of the room, which you could completely open & if you’re on the 7th floor, superb views of Chambery & surrounding mountains. Magic.

The hotel in itself is ok, and the breakfast is great. BUT it is advertised as being air conditioned but in mid June, with 30° outside, they still hadn't switched the air conditioning on. With the noise of the (very close) motorway, it was impossible to open the windows. When we told them the next morning, they said we should phone next time to check that the air conditioning was working. Hmmm, I don't think there'll be a next time. PLUS the hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool. It was out of order, and had been for over a week. Not great. You can find better in Chambéry. Mi juin, ils n'avaient toujours pas allumé la clim, malgré les 30° dehors, et l'autoroute très proche... pas terrible. Et la piscine était hors service, depuis plus d'une semaine. On peut trouver mieux à Chambéry.

Big rabbits like our fingers, try to contact the emergency number for the night but the Secretariat leaves and nobody calls even the next day. The RECEPTION service is only from 17 to 21, so we stop the breakfast staff who tries to contact the responsible but then tells us that he's gone anywhere. You can't return our money or any refund without her. The hotel has assured you that cleaning is scrupulous and that if we want you can spray a insecticide. We send a mail with the rabbit photos (3 in total) to the manager, but no one is obviously living. In addition to this discomfort, the room was generally very dust, there is no air conditioning or a bathroom windscreen so it's all very wet. There was a ventilator in the room but so dustful that it is a risk for those who are asthmatic and we had to clean it. The hotel is turquoise and therefore forces you to refrain from a single set of towels even if you are in two. The furniture is broken because it is still the same as the old manage, and it has passed over 20 years. Breakfast is very low and certainly many products are not fresh, for example the hard egg I took had the black cherry.
