Booked last minute for one night to break up the road trip home, paid £160ish for the privilege. Positives: Receptionist and barman were friendly, room was very spacious and linen clean. Negatives: Cheap uncomfortable bed, room may be spacious but feels soulless due to no pictures on the walls and furniture felt more appropriate for a hostel. Overall the room was clean until you look at the bathroom floor which was utterly filthy, more like something you’d see in a public WC. Very large but very old Samsung TV’s, not connected to WiFi so couldn’t log in to Netflix or even screen mirror from phone, so French TV it’ll be to relax then….oh and despite having two TV’s in the room one had to be unplugged as the remote worked both at the same time, genius. Finally the hotel corridors smell like an EasyJet flight returning from Magaluf (I imagine). Thoughts and msg to Mercure; Just because it’s a ‘business’ hotel doesn’t mean customers don’t want home comforts, buy some more pillows, pictures for the walls and upgrade the 10 year old TV’s. While you’re at it how about a headboard covered in fabric & foam so you can sit up comfortably in bed?? Finally I think it’s great that French hotels are so pro-dogs, we really struggle to find places to stay in England with ours but if your going to let people bring them you have to expect accidents so perhaps having your corridor carpets professionally cleaned once in a while might help to ensure the smell of caca goes away??? Part of coach trip returning from Italy 6th October We were expecting a set 3 course meal after a long day travelling Starter was a mug, half filled with beige soup and hard as rocks stale bread crusts. At bottom of mug looked like raw egg yolk Main was a brown leg of chicken with mash flavoured with gravy Dessert was cheesecake Vegetarian passengers said later they were served raw white fish (they were fish eaters) Utter chaos at breakfast. Not small hot selection and I was unable to locate a tea bag. Staff kept well out of view though some people had to chase them up when mugs ran out Our coach drivers said they took photos and are lodging an official complaint about hotel, via their head office I am over 60 and this is one of worst hotels I've stayed in Rooms were fine but food at evening meal would probably infringe some people s humans rights I do have photo evidence but as phone saved these in heic format I cannot upload them at the moment

Establishment accessible to people with disabilities in wheelchairs. (Parking, 2 PMR bedrooms, access to the restaurant, WC). Warm welcome at Campanile Orléans Source. Smiling, pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean establishment. Well-stocked breakfast and buffet. We have great encounters there. Other very friendly customers from elsewhere. Positive points: Excellent welcome Reservation by telephone without guarantee blue card. Very clean and in good condition. Immense window at rdc. Great TV less than € 60/night. Mini-hound accepted for €5 Negative points : - not easy to find because you reach the hotel by the back. - the smallest room in the world! about 10m2. A side of the bed against the wall. - matlas that hugely. - no muddle or nothing between draps and mattresses. - the washing machine is a narrow hand washing. You don't need to be big or you don't go through the hand washing machine and toilets to get the shower! 😂 - no glass in the SDB. Break a step to sleep cheap.

The staff were lovely, and the ground floor area was as shown. Our room was seriously in need of a refurbishment and was the tiniest Hotel room we (at nearly 70) have ever seen. The shower entrance was at an angle towards the end of one bed. I could kick it shut. The shower door was unable to open fully in the space available. It was hot in the room but raining outside - if we opened the window the rain came straight in towards two electric sockets.
