I am currently on holiday at this hotel. I am not happy with staff in the restaurant so rude! Been here 2 days so far and I have never had an experience like it! You feel like you are being watched there is no welcome at all from anyone! The pool on the roof is so small the picture makes it look big but I am 5 foot and it comes to my waist it’s about 3 by 2 meters! We are half board and at dinner you get no drinks not even water you have to pay! I am disappointed it is not what I was sold at all, hotel needs a facelift. The only good thing is the staff that clean the rooms they are full of smiles and make you feel welcome, reception staff are nice too. Main pool is a good size, If you are all inclusive that does not include the roof top bar do bare that in mind. I WOULD NOT COME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Family-run hotel with a modern design, the rooms are well furnished as are the bathrooms. The problem lies in the dirt. We were informed that cleaning takes place every two days, and that's okay, but the sheets found stained upon our arrival were not replaced with the cleaning of the room but only the bed was made. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables, residues of disposable soap samples in the shower dating back to the previous guest, shower head with prehistoric limestone residues, minibar (which doesn't cool) with a sort of mold/liquid inside that has been around for who knows how long time was there. A real shame also because the hotel has a good location, strategic for reaching various destinations on the island. Given the hygienic conditions, unfortunately I can't help but advise against the stay.

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

The biggest thing for me was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, never known this before The room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. Maid service every day. One of the pools was closed and no evening entertainment due to being out of season. Only one bar which could mean queuing as only one barman. The meals were ok with a good variation each day. Local rules restrict the availability of alcoholic drinks within the all inclusive tariff While I was there only one of the lifts went to the rooftop pool/sun deck. 2 minutes from the sea front and beach.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable and comfortable . The boss Karl was great when my phone was stealing to the beach ... He was very warning by giving me access to his computer and his phone to manage my situation ( pay attention go without anything on you to the beach because it is very tourist ) .... . Single but very clean room I recommend this accommodation and I would surely come back .

Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

Contrary to the reviews, we found this hotel to be really good and had a lovely stay there. The place was very clean everywhere, the staff very friendly, the rooms clean, smart and well furnished with modern furniture and even had plenty of coat hangers. The air conditioning worked well too. The bathroom was a partial wet room and plenty of hot water. To our surprise we had maid service changing towels every day. The restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and evening meal. The food was plentiful, varied, fresh and lots of choice for all meals. The variety of both breakfast and evening meals changed daily. The hotel was a few minutes from the seafront being a couple of cross streets away. It was quiet as was the surrounding area. The pool area was fine and gave a pleasant area to have evening drinks prior to eating. All in all, a very impressive hotel for a three star rated one and yes, we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment is that it would be nice if guests dressed up for at least dinner but you cannot win them all.

The best hotel ever, a special mention for Cloe the manager and Nayra who were both amazing and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, great location, close to the nightlife but you wouldn’t know as very quiet in the evening/ night. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the outside seating area was very clean and comfortable, as all the hotel was.Can’t say anything negative at all. Thanks Cloe and Nayra we hope to see you again soon

I have nothing to say about the hotel. The service facilities and environment are very good. The rooms are large and very clean. The balcony is very spacious and you can see the sea. The indoor spa is also great. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet with many kinds. If you have the chance to come to Mallorca again Ka will stay here again!
