The Penta Hotels are fun to stay in - my all time favorite is the one in Leipzig. Been here a couple of times. Sadly this time the restaurant was closed, always enjoy hanging out at their bar and munch their bits and pieces.

It is a quiet and beautiful four-star hotel. In the suburbs, you need to take three bus stops from the city! About 15 minutes! There is a forest behind the hotel, and the air is fresh and beautiful! The only downside is that the curtains on the windows of the street are only halfway. They can't completely cover the windows, and the privacy is not enough! I don't understand what the Germans think, after the replacement of the room, the front desk helped upgrade to the room facing the woods, there are roller blinds covering the windows, free upgraded rooms, the front desk guys are particularly warm and friendly 😊, impressive!

Ich hatte aufgrund der schlechten Kritiken etwas Angst, wurde aber freudig überrascht. Sehr nettes Personal beim Empfang. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es kostenlos sowie Kaffee und Tee bis 22:30 Uhr. Das Bad ist praktisch und ja, die Duschwand ist etwas kurz, aber das Wasser, das daneben läuft, trocknet schnell ab. Die schlechten Bewertungen beim Frühstück verstehe ich auch nicht. Es war eine gute Auswahl (Käse, Aufschnitt, Bacon, Rührei usw.) und es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Einziges Manko die Parkplatzsituation.

I was to the concert in the city hall 100Meter to the city hall it is not better! It is not far too! Unfortunately, the hotel has no parking! Parking at the train station and the city hall is possible!

Very good price-performance ratio. Excellent location with very good transport connection and infrastructure. Rooms are available in different categories. Breakfast buffet is very good and sufficient. All staff are very competent, friendly and helpful.

He has been here for a long time. The Corona crisis has, of course, left her footprint here. Now, strict hygiene rules are welcome, which make you feel safe and protected. The rooms are unchangedly pleasant and clean. Also stayed the comfortable sleeping comfort in comfortable beds. Abundant parking facilities at the house and a best-sorted breakfast buffet round, together with a friendly service, our positive picture. So recommend the country house.

The personnel is very friendly and courteous.
The rooms are very comfortably furnished.
The breakfast is very varied, nothing is missing.
The beautiful sauna area invites you to relax, bathrobes, sauna towels and slippers are available at the reception.
We were very satisfied and will definitely be back soon!

YYew ChyeThe location is great as it is just next to Rostock main train station, and the hotel offer every guests free local transport pass, a nice gesture for visitors in town.
For area of improvement, I think the hotel should have evolve from traditional practice(strictly check-in after 2pm) and allow early arrival guests to check-in as long as room is available.

GGuest UserWe needed a night accommodation for 1 night. The hotel was perfect. It works all new and modern. Our room had a double bed and a double bed. The cleanliness was innocent. The mattresses were not yet passed through. The breakfast buffet was small, but for 7.50€ incl. drinks, unsatisfactory, cheap. S-track and tram are in the immediate vicinity. Point deduction is available for too few parking and little rooms at breakfast. There can be time to wait for shots. All in all a very good price-performance ratio and very recommend!

FFreislerA simple functional equipment. Unfortunately, a large group did not allow breakfast in the first two days. Although there are many nice and good cafés in Rostock, the search became more difficult than expected. There was a lot of booking in the morning.
From the 3rd day we had breakfast in the hotel, which was much more relaxed. All we needed was available. There was even sheep and mandel milk, so I was “saved”, as I can't eat everything and I depend on corn flakes with fruit. The staff was super friendly and pre-existent. It was nicely clean everywhere.

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply clean, located at the park behind the Baltic Sea Stadium. The two stars at the service have the really (no irony!) friendly older gentleman in late and also the delightful night service in the roll.
The young lady is recommended to go to the day service a profession where she does not have to/shall/shall be able to handle with customers.

GGuest UserWe travelled for Easter 2022. We chose Aja Warnemünde because we had visited Aja Bad Sarow once and were satisfied. We paid a total of 1200 euros for 3 nights for 3 people with half-pension. Then the disappointment came on the first day of the trip. In the spa area we should share a bed to third, because there were not enough beds. Ground - many external visitors that were identified on the bracelets and so the beds were not enough for the hotel guests. The next disappointment came to the evening - the most beautiful tables with sea view in the restaurant were already “reserved” for the entire stay. Eating is OK, but nothing special. Tomates were of the cheapest - without taste. We wanted to go to bed tired when we realized that the bed linen was everywhere with holes. After our request next day, the bed linen was changed. But this is not possible - not for the price of EUR 1200. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. This should happen with us on Sunday - but it is not!! We only got toilet paper and towels according to my request, although the room should actually be sucked because the sand of the floor was already dirty. A lady then wanted to clean the room just Monday before check out - there was no coordination between reception and cleaning. If we weren't in the room, the lady would have cleaned the room twice.... before checkout and after. So overall disappointing. Concluded: The young lady at the pool bar was very nice. There were offers of osters for the children. The massage in the Niveahaus by the staff member Elizabeth was very pleasant.

Загалом номер стандартний, телевізор, WiFi. Ванна стандартна, гарно освітлена. Ввечорі гарячої води чомусь не було.
