"Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment."

"We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. In front of the building is the large mall, which is very convenient for those who like to shop. The apartment is in a central location with bus stops and interesting things around."

"This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others"

"My business trip stay at your hotel far exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the room was very tidy and clean. The bedding was comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making video conferences a breeze. The location is also very convenient, with many dining options nearby. For business travelers, this is definitely a top choice, and I'll be back again next time."

"The first stop of our summer vacation was a trip to Rizhao Beach. Our hotel was near Wanda Plaza, a five-minute walk away. It was also very close to Wanpingkou, and there were shared bikes downstairs 🚴♀️, making it easy to get around. Speaking of the hotel, the parking garage was excellent, just around the corner on the first floor. The lobby was spacious, comfortable, and bright, with freshly ground coffee ☕️ and lemonade 🍋 available. The bookshelves were so thoughtful, the kids couldn't move their feet just looking at the books. Thankfully, we upgraded to a suite, which had a modern and thoughtful design. The guy made the sofa bed right there for us. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and I loved the service and peace of mind. So, we extended our stay for three more nights 😄 (even though the room rate was increasing daily, which is understandable during the holiday season). The laundry, dryer, gym, and restaurant were all on the third floor. The breakfast was plentiful, and the beef noodles were perfectly suited to our taste buds. 🍐🍉🍊🍎 dragon fruit, yogurt, and baked potatoes... In short, a delicious blend of Eastern and Western cuisine that delighted our taste buds. 😄 So, let's go..."

"The stay at Wyndham Rizhao Hotel exceeded expectations! The room was spacious and clean, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows had a great view. The front desk service was warm and intimate, and also took the initiative to help upgrade the room type and recommend the play route. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles, the location is also very convenient, close to the business district and seaside attractions, convenient for self-driving parking. The details are full, and I will choose here next time I come to Rizhao! The only fly in the ointment is: Why is the green tea in Rizhao Hotel not Rizhao Green Tea?"

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, it truly exceeded our expectations! The location is superb – literally right outside the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions and shopping districts. There are also plenty of great restaurants within just a few minutes' walk. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a truly restful sleep. The bathroom was also impeccably maintained, spotless with no unpleasant odors, and the hot water supply was ample with great pressure, making for incredibly comfortable showers. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, offering some really practical advice. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, featuring both Western and Asian options, and everything tasted great, easily satisfying different palates. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Don’t make a mistake. Rizhao Shifan International and Shifan Apartment seem to be the same building, but they are completely different. In my opinion, the apartment is just a guest house. There are many teams training for water sports, and the front desk has no intention of caring about individual guests. We decided to change hotels in the middle of the night. The manager on duty that day was very enthusiastic and showed us the room, and we immediately booked the hotel at Shifan International. Once again, I am glad that I chose Shifan International. From the front desk to the room service, I can't say anything, they are warm and thoughtful. The hardware is really bad. The hotel is old and the bathroom is a bit shaky. It feels like taking a boat. Haha, the room can see the sailing dock, although there is no I saw the sunrise, but the scenery was still beautiful. Despite its flaws, I will choose Shifan International next time. I would like to thank the manager on duty that day and the front desk clerk for their warmth and thoughtfulness. I also received a small gift before checking out. For no other reason than to praise your hotel's software services. Friendly reminder, the owner of the canteen on the first floor of the hotel is very kind and the items sold are not expensive. It is much cheaper than going to the beach. If you have any questions, the owner will tell you everything. It is a very good stay experience and I will recommend it to my friends."

"This was my first time visiting a Kaiyuan Senbo resort with my child, and both Fantasy Island and the water park were a lot of fun, though they closed a bit too early in the evening. It was very convenient to get to the beach, and Dongyi Town was just a 10-minute walk away. The service, however, was quite subpar. No one offered to help with luggage, and the front desk didn't inform us where to exchange amusement park tickets, what time breakfast was, or where the restaurant was located. There was also no one to guide us to the elevators. On the way, I was complaining about all the negative reviews online for Wiperse, but honestly, their service is much better than here. A stranger nearby even agreed with me. The food at the Chinese restaurant was quite good, and the set meal we bought was reasonably priced. It was enough to fill up four adults and one child."

"Accompanying the children to the Rizhao exam, booked this hotel in advance, the facilities and health are very good, the best is their service, every staff is particularly warm and friendly.
