Very nice hotel

The hotel has been renovated since I stayed there last time around 2015. Very good room. Special thanks to Suzana, who was responsible for the cleaning of the room. I couldn’t find a single spot of dirt, anywhere in the room. It made me feel safe during this time of the pandemic. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was smooth and the breakfast was very good. Some aircraft noise, but that’s a problem in whole area and not hotel’s fault. I would definitely stay again.

The layout of the strange rooms, 6 per floor, the couple's bedroom has balcony, is in the middle, but looks like a codlata egg. The rooms with 2 super comfortable and spacious single beds. The super top breakfast with acea, shovel and various types of food. The structure of the heated pool, sauna, academy and so on is also imperfect. The cleaning of the room is also good, super requested and friendly, equal to the staff of the reception! The reception is with various private salts, household and super well decorated. There is a bar in the lobby and a desktop for guests. Parking has a board boy 24/7 super good people too. A pleasant price of 20 reals per day. Top location, next to Rebouças, Augusta, Paulista and etc... RECOMMEND!!!

Hotel meets the requirements. In my single room (1109) I only had a problem with the shower, which in the first bath did not heat up properly and when it did, the water was very weak. I had to keep looking for the right register to open everything and leave the shower decent, which I couldn't do the first time. Good bed, clean bedding, good arrangement of sockets, good hair dryer, ok towels. Acoustic insulation is not strong. It was possible, from the bathroom, to quietly hear the neighboring guests. Breakfast was good, with the exception of the hot drink machines, where the ”mocaccino” was very weak. Friendly staff and ok cleanliness. I recommend.

I, my husband and son, are already customers of the Villa Galé network, because of their international standards, so when we booked, we had already imagined to find a great hotel. And the network has surprised us, the hotel has a special decoration if it resembles a European art museum, with a beautiful decoration, a parfume that is equal in all its network and extremely guest-friendly and attaching to the guest looking for a place to rest. Comfortable, good food, sensational care. I only recommend ... who never stayed in a hotel in the Villa Galé network should know.

A real luxury experience

Breakfast is general, Western food, Chinese people may not really adapt, only eat a few pieces of bread and milk, others look at their own taste. The room was very well laid out, with a desk and chair behind the bed, and the back wall was a very large mural TV at the front.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The hotel is located in the centre of São Paulo with easy locomotion to any point of the city. The hotel is close to the negative points of a large city, and offers security and tranquility in the hotel's dependencies. Parking on the site. Breakfast with varieties and staff always requested. Surely a great hosting option.

Having read reviews about this hotel I expected 3 star basic, and this is exactly what I got. I was only staying for one night, so it was adequate. Arriving later in the evening we did check in quickly and got to the room. It was clean but old. Everything looked like it could benefit from renewing, refreshing or just revamped. Bathroom had seen better days but what could have been easily improved was the towels. Practically thread bare, and the bedding was thin and worn, just disappointing. Windows were extremely dirty and balcony door was sealed shut for Health and Safety Purposes. It didn’t make the room feel comfortable and definitely not relaxing. Gym was very basic and again in need of replacing machines and an update would be beneficial. Breakfast was also basic. Bread choice was the best thing about it but there was little in the way of appetising items. It was breakfast and nothing else. I took what I needed to fuel up but I didn’t feel treated at all which as a tourist in a foreign country I like to ‘want to try local food’ this didn’t happen here.
