Have issues with the app to get paid and then start to send me messages and calls to complain about it. Once they forget that I did business with Ctrip and they should talk to Ctrip instead of asking me.
The location is wonderful, just in the heart of town, service better yet. It was a little bit noisy on the street this time of the year because it is Carnival in Cochabamba, but no major complaints. One night I got sick (I had too much of the delicious Bolivian food) Kevin Medina, working at the front desk that night, called paramedics and in no time, I was at Hospital Univalle where I was treated promptly and efficiently, the next day they were asking me how I was. Really nice people. The fee includes an excellent breakfast with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk and many other goodies. When we were leaving, the street was closed because of the Carnival parade, the concierge carried our luggage all the way to the available street and called us a cab. The price is reasonable and they let us have an early check in. Cons: furniture in the room is a little bit outdated, however the room is comfortable, and the service couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely be back!
This is a lovely place to stay. The location is excellent-in the centre of Cochabamba and near cafes and restaurants....The room was reasonably large and was serviced daily....The staff were friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to thank Paola in particular for giving me a lot of help in contacting a tour company on my first day...Breakfast was excellent each morning....I am happy to recommend this place...Definitely worth returning to.

Hygiene is actually also good, I personally mainly tested the floor, dust a little bit more.
The environment is very good, there are supermarkets around, there are 100 buffet barbecue restaurants upstairs in the supermarket, it is recommended. And the location is almost the center of the city.
Service gives full marks, from the front desk to the restaurant, you can feel the sense of service from the heart. This is difficult for star hotels to do, very rare.
Facilities, there are also some, the front desk lobby and restaurant are very elegant. The restaurant cost is also very affordable.
Recommended!
I stayed at Hotel Aranjuez for three nights and had the most wonderful experience. The hotel, a former hacienda built a 100 years ago, has the old world Spanish charm and the service was very personal, very professional and very friendly. Jose, the manager, went out of his way on several occasions to help me out. I would love to come back and spend more time in Cochabamba and will most definitely stay at Hotel Aranjuez.
The hotel gave us a nice spacious clean room, and the young man at the rececption was extremely helpful. The Breakfast was good, would have been nice to have some fruit juice without sugar. In general, we had a good stay at the hotel. There was a minor problem with the elevators, but was fixed during the day.

Well, like everything else in life all good things come to an end. I’ve been staying in this hotel for five years, it is the only hotel that I stay in when I come to Cochabamba. And just like everything else in Bolivia they start off really well and then quality goes down the hole with time. My room and everybody’s room to my understanding comes with free breakfast. When I went to go have breakfast they told me it was not included in my room, and that I had to pay for it. That’s OK cause it’s not that good anyway so I went to go eat somewhere else. I stayed for two nights and I could not used to pull any of the two nights. They tell me they’re heating it up and it takes one whole day to heat up. I stayed here from Thursday through Friday there’s not much to do in this town, and every time I come here I stay in the pool most of the time. Don’t give me that crap! Plus the guy that took care of me at the beginning when I checked in was clueless on customer service. What a shame that once a good hotel is turning to crap 💩!!!!
Very Good
