Modern, nieuw hotel. We verbleven hier n.a.v. een evenement in het Koning Boudewijnstadium. Dit hotel heeft hiervoor de perfecte ligging. Vlak naast de autosnelweg, zal wellicht mensen afschrikken maar dat is niet nodig want in de kamer hoor je geen buitengeluid. Een kleine, compacte kamer waar alles aanwezig is. Goede bedden. TV met alle Belgische zenders en heel veel buitenlandse...bravo. Dat is in België en vooral in het Franstalige gedeelte niet altijd zo. Mooie parking. Een lieve dame aan de receptie. Het was haar eerste dag, een beetje zoeken maar ze deed het voortreffelijk. Heel fijn dat ze zo keurig Nederlands praatte. Ik ben fan.

Reservation via traventia. I see 3 stars, where are they ??? Not shown at the hotel so lie advertising in the first time. We fell into a room with two single beds, affectionately on my reservation it was noted a double room and under ”twin”. We arrive in the 2nd room: smoke detecter socket, not very clean towels, we see that it is a place that lived: washing machine damaged, shower like. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We were disappointed with rooms compared to photos ...

They have decent rooms and studios, pretty clean, good heating, quiet, availability most of the time and also a loyalty program. I am a constant client. There is a kitchen corner with spacious fridge, microwave, water heater, cutlery, some dishes and they also provide a tea, coffee and candies to the guest :).

Simple, but very clean business oriented hotel. Excellent location near the E40 and on the outskirts of Brussels if you are passing through Belgium, or on business and need to meet with colleagues without having the hassle to go into the center of town and face horrible traffic. Also located 5km from the UZ Brussels hospital, convenient if you travel from abroad for appointments at this hospital. Hotel has convenient vending machines. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Lots of parking spaces, free, parking locked at night. The hotel has a restaurant, but was closed when I was there. There is an excellent restaurant a 5 min walk away at the Brussels Kart center, and a 15-20 min walk into the center of Groot Bijgaarden for cafes, brasseries, restaurants. It is appropriate for business travel and ”passing through” travel, not for tourism of Brussels. Good value.

Very good plan for an inexpensive stay in Brussels. The apartment is very accessible by public transport. It has everything you need to cook yourself. The bed is comfortable, the shower is large, there is cable TV and the Pizza Hut not far away is a good food option. The owner leaves you a map of the city and metro stations with attractions to visit. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for one night here bei g in the city for a football trip. The hotel is everything I would expect from an Ibis, no thrills, but clean, and comfortable. The room was decent and the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was fine albeit fairly small. The breakfast was decent, all you can eat and drink with a selection of hot , cold meats with cheese, fruits, pastries and yoghurts and toast and it all tasted good. Slight complaint that I waited at the bar to get served and was ignored so gave up - but otherwise the staff were fine. Another bonus is the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Erasmus metro station which is only 20 minutes from the city centre. I would use it again.

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.

Very Good
Modern, nieuw hotel. We verbleven hier n.a.v. een evenement in het Koning Boudewijnstadium. Dit hotel heeft hiervoor de perfecte ligging. Vlak naast de autosnelweg, zal wellicht mensen afschrikken maar dat is niet nodig want in de kamer hoor je geen buitengeluid. Een kleine, compacte kamer waar alles aanwezig is. Goede bedden. TV met alle Belgische zenders en heel veel buitenlandse...bravo. Dat is in België en vooral in het Franstalige gedeelte niet altijd zo. Mooie parking. Een lieve dame aan de receptie. Het was haar eerste dag, een beetje zoeken maar ze deed het voortreffelijk. Heel fijn dat ze zo keurig Nederlands praatte. Ik ben fan.

GGuest UserSimple, but very clean business oriented hotel. Excellent location near the E40 and on the outskirts of Brussels if you are passing through Belgium, or on business and need to meet with colleagues without having the hassle to go into the center of town and face horrible traffic. Also located 5km from the UZ Brussels hospital, convenient if you travel from abroad for appointments at this hospital. Hotel has convenient vending machines. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Lots of parking spaces, free, parking locked at night. The hotel has a restaurant, but was closed when I was there. There is an excellent restaurant a 5 min walk away at the Brussels Kart center, and a 15-20 min walk into the center of Groot Bijgaarden for cafes, brasseries, restaurants. It is appropriate for business travel and ”passing through” travel, not for tourism of Brussels. Good value.
