We had booked in couple with our dog for one night. We wanted to go to Andorra because we were not far. We were very well received, all the staff are laughing, joyful and we feel they like their job. The nice and nice kit was also welcomed by our dog, and I had a kit to get to it when I was packing it near him 🤣 but it was still very good to think about him. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were very well served despite being alone to eat because off season. The dishes are very good from the entrance to the dessert with fresh products, the cook always asked us if everything was okay. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment hotel. Moreover, our apartment was very good, clean with balcony and beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend 100%, thank you for your reception, your kindness and your smile. Soon can be 😁

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. Maybe that's why we got a rather small room. I didn't actually see the rest, but based on the emergency map placed in the room, we could compare the sizes according to that map, and we weren't the luckiest ones... We didn't complain though. Two blokes wouldn't really care much about that. So, the room was a bit small, but good enough. The beds, really comfy and the bathroom clean and spacey enough. The furniture is rustic style which matches with the scenery. The reception was taken care by a gentleman who brief us after pulling some questions. There is a indoor parking if you need and a ski look. The hotel has a small indoor pool with jacuzzy, a couple of sauna facilities (one was not operative...) and massage is available upon request. There was a low booking so the bar was rather quiet during the evening, but it was week day and not the best snow reports so it was very quiet. Maybe a small pool table or alike would cheer up the lone tourists like us. The restaurant was excellent. We had two breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and with a good choice of products. The dinner was really good. Both in quality and quantity. The staff who served us in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Th same applies to the room girls who helped us a couple of times providing robes and some other explanations to find our bearings inside the corridors. Overall a positive experience.

All outside was : gardens , swimming pool , tennis , barbacoa area ....etc very careful and clean , you have access to the mountain in front with what you can do routes and you can walk to your dog freely , it is a pass !! As negative points : food and dinner , super expensive : 20 euros and no water comes, bread is a minipane. (I would change the first meals mostly ) The spa area: we complain that the jacuzzis was too hot, it cost you much to enter , and now what you want is more refreshing you , even if it is warm because nothing happens but you burn. I know that it's something that they'll solve it immediately I imagine. All the interior of the facilities is very old, chairs and furniture that were at least from the time of my grandmothers😜, . As Abba chain has recently taken it, I hope you will take it into account and renovate a little everything and put a shower that is more safe , I assure you that you will give me with the bathroom garden that is not my ( and that I have not ), I don't tell you a grim, thinking that there are thousands of people spending a year. I wish I could come back with you if my economy allows me 🤗.

Spent a fabulous week at this hotel with family and friends in March 2024. Really easy check in from friendly helpful staff. We had 5 rooms, 2 were very large, the other 3 were smaller but quite adequate. All rooms comfortable and daily cleaning was superb. We had half board, very extensive breakfast, lots of choice of great food. Evening meals were equally good, tasty and filling. We had a vegan as part of our party, I emailed the hotel prior to let them know. What a response, vegan yoghurt and cheese at breakfast and a freshly prepared vegan meal every evening. Many thanks to the chef for being so accommodating, with such fabulous food. Best vegan meals our son has had EVER! Evenings were spent in the bar, sometimes a little noisy with all the table soccer, pool and computer games but a good a**osphere. Good prices for drinks and very friendly bar staff. Very short walk to the Gondola ski lift, after collecting gear from the hotel ski storage area at the hotel. Only negative point was the lift in the mornings when you are on the 5th floor, but to be expected and definitely not a major problem, patience helps. We still made the early lifts! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again if skiing in Pal Arinsal. Thanks you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

What a brilliant hotel! When we first arrived I was worried as we went down for dinner and I found a hair in my soup and my friend found plastic in her dessert so not a good start, but after that hiccup it all was fine. The following morning our key card stopped working. A member of staff came up and had to dismantle the device on the door. The card still didn't work after this, so the staff moved us to a suite on the top floor :) we were very happy with the outcome, the suite was lovely! The food was delicious with plenty of choice everyday. Having half board really helped as we were out allday skiing. We'd set ourself up in the morning then put on comfy clothes on for the evening meal which was from 7pm. What I loved about this hotel was how close the gondola was to take you to the slopes. We took the lift down to the basement, walk up some stairs and it was right there, this was very helpful. The hotel had a spa as well, we went in one night and it 10 euros each. It had everything you needed to relax, I especially loved the jacuzzi We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back here again

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.
