We stayed at this superb lodge on our way to a 3 weeks holiday in Namibia. We received a warm reception, stayed in a beautiful large room with private hot tub and own fire placed which was lid on every night when we returned from our dinner. Lovely staff, high quality foot and wine, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful little sanctuary away from the noise and chaos. If hiking, quiet, calmness is what you looking for - this is the place to come to. Very modern looks are beautifully decorated. And bathrooms are sheer bliss. The food was divine / staff were exceptionally polite and helpful

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional and the staff were friendly and efficient. If you like birdwatching try a trip down the road to Kransvlei poorte(check on eBird for location)

My stay here rounded off a busy tour of South Africa and it provided the perfect way to relax. The staff are outstanding and could not be more friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable and had a private terrace. Food was plentiful and of a high standard, with daily specials to supplement the standard menu. I enjoyed activities that are organised and there are self-guided and guided trails too. In all, an excellent stay!

Tranquil boutique hotel, spectacular setting, excellent accommodation and superb dining in the Cederberg! The staff were friendly, efficient, professional and accommodating! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable! David our guide was extremely knowledgeable and eloquent and we found him very interesting. The Spa staff were fabulous and we had one of the best massages I have experienced! We will be back and I will promote this little gem!

Beautiful peaceful and tranquil setting completely surrounded by mountains. Rooms (suites really) are vast and beautiful with window seats and floor to ceiling glass doors so you can see the mountains from your bed, plus indoor and outside showers. Toiletries provided are divine. Service is excellent. Unfortunately what lets Cederberg Ridge down are the food options. Same menu every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a daily special at each meal. This meant that choices were quite limited. Whilst elegantly presented with very fresh ingredients, we felt the dishes were over-complicated by using too many different flavours, sauces etc.
