The room layout pays great attention to details. There are complete facilities such as teapots and ironing boards. The breakfast options are also good. In the lobby, it is also a good pleasure to sit down and order a glass of wine or a cup of tea. You can find many kinds of food when you go out to satisfy your hometown appetite.

Great breakfast, the room is cozy , also the location is at the center, for self driving you need to park in the public car parking which is 3 mins walk away

A warm welcome as soon as you arrive. Entering through the bar I asked for reception and instead of a finger pointing the way we were taken there personally. Easy check in and when I asked where the car park was one of the staff went to look if any spaces available. That's service! The room on the 1st floor was modern, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. The evening meal in the restaurant was cooked to order and both the taste and presentation was great. Anna looked after us well. The breakfast the following morning was exceptional and again the presentation of the yoghurt and compote was very good. The hotel is on the main street and close to all other amenities and sightseeing locally. The museum is well worth a visit and it is a daily ticket so you can pop in and out. Lots of speciality shops in the town and art galleries. Recommend as the ideal place to stay.

We stayed over for 1 night to celebrate my 60th birthday. It's a beautiful hotel full of character in the centre of Cirencester. The room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was wonderful and the staff were helpful, polite and very friendly. We had breakfast the next morning and again it was great. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Beautiful Sunday lunch at this welcoming restaurant. We were lucky as we were a last minute walk in, but they found us a table as 99% were booked up. Stunning pork belly roast dinner. Everything was superb and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do any more for us. Would definitely eat here again but would book!

I went to the restaurant with a friend. Ordered a ribeye steak. I ate about quarter of my steak before I realised it was inedible. Full of gristle. I told the waitress who eventually sent a male college. I have no idea if he was a manager. He looked at my steak and apologised and said he agreed it was unacceptable. I told him I did not want another steak. He told me he would adjust the bill. When we got our bill it was for the full price. I asked the waitress to get it adjusted. She returned with a new bill showing a 10% locals discount. Really is that it? You add your service and then only give me a tiny discount. The waitress just looked at me. I did not want to make a scene in front of my friend so paid and left. My advice would be avoid this over priced badly staffed and run hotel. They have no interest in customer service. We were ignored on arrival and had to wait to be seated even though at least 3 staff members saw us they all ignored us.

We stayed in a signature room, when I opened the door the room was so small that the door would only open half way as it was so close to the bed. You need to be slim to get in these rooms, and don't take a suit case or you will only be able to get it into the room turning it sideways. The rooms are fine nice decor but very dark due to the scaffold outside the window. The Hotel phoned me a week before arrival to say the courtyard was closed due to works going on but never mentioned the scaffold. Whilst we were at breakfast the workers on the scaffolds managed to open two of our windows and decided to sweep dust and rubbish around on the scaffold which started to come into the room. We also had to put up with disgusting foul language from the workers. We told the lady when we booked out, she said 'Oh deer, hope your next visit will be better` never again. These people are amateurs and should have never let those rooms with the noisy works going on. However Breakfast is good.

absolutely beautiful hotel in a gorgeous little town! we ordered extras for our room and everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the room was spacious and very stylish. staff very attentive and lovely. My only criticism is the breakfast ended at 945 which is early when you are on holiday and sometimes just want to have a lie in, it would of been better being on till at least 10:30.
