Front desk staff is very good. Dea Fitria is very cooperative and helpful. The room is good but there were some defects in the room. I already informed all the defects to the reception desk. May be the last room they gave to me and fully booked. Near to traditional market and small plaza.

It's good since my trip monthly for medical and this hotel nearby. Comfortable and practical

Everything was okay, but there was an incident where someone knocked on the door and thought that we were only staying for a day, but in fact we were staying for 2 days. Not only was there a knock, the staff even entered using their own hotel door access, which was very unethical and disturbed our privacy.

When I checked in, the receptionist was rude and didn't help much, but in terms of location, it is very strategic, close to the main road and easy access.

Comfortable and clean.
