Second time we staying at grandmetrohotelpuncak The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was good. HAPPY💕

Worth it

Overall bagus walaupun gaada AC tapi tetep dingin

The room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot. I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice.

Stayed in deluex room 3rd floor and it was very noisy with vehicles from road, can't sleep well and the floor also dirty

Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.
