Lucky enough we got an upgrade to a spacious suite with our status. The Concierge Lounge had a decent breakfast and evening Hors d'oeuvres and dessert later on. Their restaurant / lobby bar had great drinks and we enjoyed dinner there. Raine was instrumental in the upgrade and kept me informed on the progress of the room readiness while we were at the tennis tournament. She was very courteous and understanding.

AMAZING!!!! Beautiful gorgeous hotel in the heart of downtown!! Room was amazing and the bar and restaurant were too notch!!! Thank you for carrying Orin Swift wine and La Marca wine!!!!!

Great hospitality. Food in restaurant was outstanding! I got complimentary appetizers to celebrate my birthday. Gentleman I believe name Rejfo sorry if I misspelled his name was awesome.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Cincinnati was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my visit memorable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I especially appreciated the elegant lobby and the historic charm of the building, which added to the overall experience. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, entertainment, and everything downtown has to offer. Every detail, from check-in to departure, was seamless and professional. I highly recommend the Renaissance Cincinnati to anyone looking for an outstanding and relaxing stay.

The check in experience was great. The room was not ready but Lesley provided excellent customer. She took my bags called me room was ready and was super pleasant. I would return again just for the service.

Very clean rooms and customer service was exceptional! Raine at the front desk was extremely accommodating and made us feel like valued members/guests. She recognized a birthday and she added special comforts for our stay. Can’t say enough about how professional and thoughtful she is. She helped make our stay extra special! The hotel is very well managed and everyone we came into contact with was wonderful.

We had our daughter’s wedding at The Renaissance. The service and venue was spectacular All of our guests raved about the venue and food. We stayed that night and were welcomed with a hand written note from the manager and event coordinator and bottle of champagne. Highly recommend The Renaissance!!!
