We look forward to hosting you at our basement studio located in the heart of Mt. Adams and right across the street from Eden Park and the Playhouse.
This is a perfect place for a fun Cincy getaway! Walk to local restaurants and bars or take a short drive to downtown, OTR, Covington, or Newport for delicious food and drinks. If you're here for a wedding, we are a few minutes walk from the Monastery.
Looking to catch a game or a concert? The studio is 5-10 mins from the Great American Ball Park (Go Reds!), Paul Brown Stadium (Go Bengals!), Riverbend, the Heritage Bank Center (the Coliseum), Ovation, and the Andrew Brady Center.
Please note since this is a basement studio with slightly a lower ceiling, it may not be the most comfortable space if you are very tall (>6 feet). Thank you for your understanding!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.The studio has not been baby proofed..About customRules:DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper that has been provided or it will back up.
DO NOT unplug sump pump (behind small storage unit).No pets or smoking (+e-cigarettes/vapes). We will cancel your booking and charge a $500 cleaning fee if we find evidence of pets or smoking.,Parties/events are not allowed.

This place was fine. It was nice, clean, convenient location, and affordable.My only complaints were: 1. The temperature. 1st night was really cold, which i like, but blanket options were limited to 1 blanket and a handful of sheets. Not enough for how cold it was. 2nd night was the opposite, too hot, sweating most the night. And the Sunday night, after the WEBN fireworks, we had to listen to blasting music from a house party upstairs until midnight. I'm sure this isn't normal for every stay, but it was the fireworks night.Overall, we did enjoy our stay. But it wasn't perfect.

Excellent Football Weekend Pad
Jocelyn and AJ are amazing helpful hosts. This is a perfect pad for a father son or couple weekend to catch Bengals and Reds. Mount Adams is short walk to stadiums and safe to park. Very trendy place to hang out.

Loved the place, well kept and modern. The only complaint I have is the sound of the people above The sound of their steps and any moving around comes through the ceiling pretty easily. But this was only an issue because I’m a night shift guy so my normal sleeping times conflict with those of most people so unless you’re trying to sleep at like 11 am, you should be fine. Loved it over all.

Great location, affordable, easy access to everything Cincinnati.
Stayed here for a long weekend by myself on a work trip and was happy with the property. Extremely convenient location to downtown, and easy access to Mount Adams neighborhood entertainment. Easy to get Ubers and Lyfts.
You are in the basement of another property, so ceilings are a bit shorter than normal, it feels like a basement, but it’s nicely kept, and it was perfect for my trip.
